The hotel was a great way to visit Venice, staying outside the city centre and keeping the prices down. The hotel was clean, efficient, helpful staff, good choices for breakfast and a nice garden area where we had a G&T when we were ready to go out in the evening or when we returned. There is a bus stop literally just across the road from the hotel which was easy to then get the bus into the city centre. I would stay here again.

This was a very good experience. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a great view of the city. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all our needs. The parking area was safe and easy to access. It's also conveniently located near the bus station to Venice

Great location and modern hotel in Mestre

Great location near the train station and bus to go to Venice is 5 minutes walk ! Also, quiet neighborhood, I loved the garden for end of afternoon wine ! The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful, 5 stars to them !! My room was very clean and modern, enjoyed it very much. Nice bathroom ! My only small disappointment was the buffet breakfast.

The Park Hotel Ai Pini was perfect for our family vacation. Parking was convenient and the room accommodated the 4 of us. They were very friendly when we arrived and helped us get set up with the bus trip to Venice and back. Breakfast was very good. Nice hotel!

Our family (two parents and two boys under 10) had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. We especially appreciated the convenient bus stop nearby, making the 30-minute trip into Venice a breeze.
