Would love to return in the summer!

We stayed many places on our trip to italy and this was one of our favorites. The bus to Venice was super easy and the property was lovely. Marco lives on the property and was very kind. The cabin was immaculate and modern. The layout and sleeping areas and living room-kitchen-dining area very nice. Only stayed two nights and being winter and off-season, we weren't able to really take advantage of the amenities Marco offers. But I have no doubt this location would be wonderful summer stay!

Loved the place!

The property and apartment was perfect! Easy to find, very clean, owner is very friendly and helpful! Exceeding our expectations!!! Places to eat and stay, way to Venice, everything was easy! We enjoyed barbecues, bike rides and meals on the balcony!

Beautiful Home and Property!

We stayed at the standalone house "Danielle". It was virtually new and very well appointed. Marcos was a wonderful host and was quick to assist when needed. The property is beautifully maintained and very peaceful. It's a bit off the beaten path but worth it. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone traveling alone, as a couple or a family. A true gem!

Das Ferienhaus bietet genügend Platz für bis zu 7 Personen. Die 2 Bäder sind hierbei natürlich von Vorteil. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Das Objekt war bei Ankunft sauber und man hat sich auch dank Marco sofort wohlgefühlt. Unsere Jungs fanden das Angebot an Kicker und Tischtennis sowie die große Wiese toll. Das Haus ist zwar nicht direkt am Strand gelegen aber dennoch ist es zentral um von hier aus Städte (z.B. Venedig) zu erkunden. Der Bus fährt regelmäßig und auch mit dem Boot bzw. Fähre kann man zu einem Ausflug starten. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir wieder nach Bella Italia reisen werden.

La location proche de Venise et au calme dans un espace de verdure est magnifiquement entretenue par Marco. La proximité de l arrêt de bus et des magasins de première nécessité sont un plus non négligeable. L accueil en Français et la discrétion de Marco en font l endroit idéal pour passer un séjour inoubliable.

traumhaftes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand, neu und sehr sauber. Alles war vor Ort (im Preis inkl. Handtücher + Bettwäsche, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen,...) und kein extra Posten für Gas, Strom, Wasser o.ä.. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, Terrasse mit Tisch + Stühlen + 2 Liegen. Viele frei nutzbare Freizeitangebote wie Fahrräder, Tischtennis, Tischkicker, usw vor Ort. Viel Grün und gut gepflegter Garten um Haus inkl. schattenspendenden Bäumen. Vermieter sind sehr sehr sehr nett, gaben viele Informationen und Tipps für Ausflüge, Tickets kaufen, etc. und waren stets ansprechbar und vor Ort. Supermarkt, Restaurant, Pizzeria etc. gleich in der Nähe. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Perfekt für Venedig

Schöne saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Vermieter Marco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, schon im Vorfeld super Tips für den Aufenthalt. Man kann sich dort einfach nur wohlfühlen. Mit dem Bus in 30 min. in Venedig.

Traumhafte Lage auf einem großen Grundstück. Marco ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einziges kleines Mango ist die Hellhörigkeit zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern.

Top ausgestattet, neu, sauber, gemütlich! Super gelegen, um Venedig, Padua, Treviso, Chioggia... zu erkunden. Vermieter ist sehr nett, hat viele Tipps, ist super hilfsbereit. Schöner riesiger Garten. Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren!

We had a great time staying on Marco's property. very clean, you have everything you need. great location. the owner Marco is a very nice man and a very helpful guy. we ran in to some difficulties on our trip and Marco was a great help. the property is closed in and very private. very child friendly . the location is perfect if you wish to visit Venice for the day, only a 10-15 mins drive away, also for public transport. Marco has a file placed in each property with a very detailed explanation of how to make your trip a good one. there is also a laundry on the property which makes it very convenient to wash and dry clothes. we will be defiantly be visiting again if we are in Italy again. I would very highly recommend this property.

Optimal pour un séjour familial en Vénétie

Un gîte spacieux et bien équipé? idéalement situé sur les bords du canal de la Brenta et à proximité d'un arrêt de bus permettant d'atteindre Venise en moins de trente minutes. Le gîte est de construction très moderne et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il bénéficie d'une ouverture vers un vaste jardin. De nombreux équipements sont à disposition (lave-linge, vélos et sièges enfants, des canots, une table de ping-pong et un baby foot°. L'accueil est parfait et la disponibilité des propriétaires idéale (et leurs conseils sont des plus judicieux). Le seul bémol peut venir de la conception architecturale même du gîte : si une chambre est isolée du séjour, la seconde chambre avec mezzanine ne l'est pas complètement et est de surcroît exposée à la lumière du jour. Il s'agit vraiment de la seule limite, l'expérience du séjour a été parfaite et nous ne saurions que recommander ce gîte.

Superbe location

La résidence de Marco est tout à fait accueillante avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour (équipement, cuisine et ustensiles, espaces dedans /dehors). L’été, le cadre de la résidence doit offrir d’autres charmes et commodités qui devraient soulager la frénésie d’une visite de Venise. Pour les frileux, soyez rassurés, le logement est parfaitement chauffé (même trop pour nous habitués au froid alpin) En famille, nous avons apprécié d’avoir notre véhicule (parking dans la résidence) pour nous approcher des transports en communs et des commerces. Les enfants ont apprécié la salle de jeux et la compagnie des 2 chiens sympas entre 2 sorties. Il est difficile de trouver des points faibles à cette location.... Merci à nos hôtes.

Ganz große Klasse

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus "Daniela" - im Großraum Venedig - hat Lust auf mehr gemacht. Das Objekt ist neu und exzellent im Ikea-Stil eingerichtet und war ausgesprochen sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Auch der tolle und große Garten des Anwesens sind positiv hervorzuheben. Inklusive waren die kostenfreie Nutzung von Fahrrädern und Kanus zur Erkundung des Brenta-Kanals. Tolle Ausstattung mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, Internet-Notebook und Waschmaschine. Man merkt schnell, dass der sehr freundliche Besitzer Marco das Objekt aus Passion vermietet. Ein ganz großes Lob an Marco und seine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Art. Unseren Urlaub im "Particolari del Brenta" haben wir sehr genossen, danke!

Tolles anwesen. Lage ideal zur Erkundung der Gegend. Anbindung nach Venedig per Bus sehr einfach. Linie fährt meist alle halbe Stunde. Weg zu einem Badestrand am Meer ist allerdings mindestens 40min , nach chioggia. Padua ist auch sehr schön.

Nous avons passé une semaine chez Marco dans la maison Daniela. Indépendante des autres locations, spacieuse, moderne, propre et équipée d'une climatisation très appréciée face à des températures à plus de 35°. Très bon accueil de Marco, prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. Très bon point de départ pour sillonner la région. Nous avons pris le bus juste à côté de la maison pour Venise qui est à 20 minutes. Padoue à ne pas manquer. Ballades à vélo le long de la Brenta pour admirer les villa palladiennes. Excellent séjour!
