Spacious and comfortable apartment located in the heart of Venice, just 2 minutes from the famous Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square. The location is simply perfect for exploring the city: right under the apartment are bars, restaurants and typical venues, ideal for experiencing the authentic Venetian atmosphere.

The accommodation offers a large bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped open-space kitchen and an elegant dining table, perfect for moments of relaxation or sharing a meal together. The living area is enhanced by windows from which you can enjoy a suggestive glimpse of the Grand Canal, making the experience even more unique.

The property also has two welcoming bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions which are the responsibility of the guest.

Small walk-up apartment close to Rialto Bridge. Great location, convenient to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the AC and washer/dryer worked well. A little cramped for 6 adults, but we knew when we booked it that we were prioritizing location over extra sleeping space. Wonderful stay.

Great place to stay in Venice

We had a quick one-night stay in Venice and the location was easy to find, very clean and close to great restaurants, the Grand Rialto Bridge and easy walking to all things Venice. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay in Venice!

There is nothing but rave reviews from our family about our stay at this apartment! The location is absolute perfection! The water taxi is a 30 second walk, it is off the main canal yet quiet and also near restaurants and shopping. We loved the size of the space! The bedrooms are so generously sized and we both had our own bathrooms. The living room and kitchen/dining area were also really large. Big, beautiful windows allowing natural light in. The washer/dryer combo is a great bonus! The amenities in the kitchen allowed us to bring food in and have everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable and so were the pillows. The entire apartment is like brand newly renovated! Great closet space also! All of our communication beforehand were answered on a timely manner. Pietro met us at the apartment as we departed the water taxi and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for space to spread out and enjoy Venice! Grazie for a delightful stay!

Stunning Apartment
great location!

We were amazed, upon arrival of the cleanliness, decor, and well appointed apartment. We stayed with friends, so we loved the fact that the bedrooms were separated by some space and privacy. The bathrooms were beautiful and well appointed with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was very modern and also well equipped. Step out the door, and you are steps away from the grand canal, restaurants, shopping, and all the sites are within walking distance. I really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

My family had a great 2-night stay in this beautiful, clean, and perfectly located apartment in Venice. The apartment was well-appointed, very clean, and had plenty of space for my family to be comfortable, and being just a few yards from the canal, was quiet after hours. The location was perfect for us with so many great attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The host was good to work with, responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Would return if back in Venice.

Steps from Rialto Bridge, spacious 2 br apartment

We loved this apartment in Venice. It was very centrally located but quiet. All amenities were nice. Both rooms were decent size, had lots of wardrobe space. Kitchen had all the things needed for a quick stay (water heater, nespresso, toaster, pots/pans to reheat meals, dishwasher). Washing machine was one of those washer/dryer combos but dryer took a bit long time. Would have been nice if there was a drying rack at the apartment. We also had some issues when we first checked in with towels, etc but the management company responded timely with a solution. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location. We had trouble finding it initially because the google map we were sent took us on a 30 minute walk with our luggage up and down lots of stairs only to find the apartment was 2 minutes from where we landed. Also the check out time is early at 10 am and nowhere to keep your luggage. Our train was 1:30 and we were hoping to walk around a bit.

The apartment appeared to be recently renovated. The location couldn’t be more ideal for walking everywhere in Venice. There is a vaporetto dock less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience.
