Historic San Marco Penthouse Apartment is the perfect location for your holiday: here you will have the possibility to spend your Venetian days in a unique and fascinating location. 

This large, airy and bright, non-smoking apartment is located on the third (last) floor, in a 500 year old architecturally-significant Palazzo. 
Renovated by a famous architect, the apartment is designed to create different spaces within it's wide open area: the wide living area with couch, chaise longues and armchairs; two cozy spaces with desks; a fully-equipped gourmand kitchen; a TV/Reading corner with a queen size sofa and opposite a corner that accommodates two single beds (which can be pushed together to function as a King bed). 
The master bedroom with Queen bed is totally separated from other spaces and is located in the opposite side, compared to the position of the single beds.
The penthouse has two complete bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a tub.
The apartment is equipped with all the modern comforts and facilities ,including air conditioning (Central Air Unit controllable in 4 zones), independent heating, free wifi internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave oven...

In this very unusual and spacious Venetian property, very quite and silent, you have the possibility to relax after an exciting day and also take small daily breaks since it's literally within steps of the most popular sights, shops, and restaurants in San Marco.
Thanks to its central location you can easily reach Piazza San Marco and the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace and the Bridge of Sighs in a few minutes walk. You'll have the opportunity to visit the monuments in the early morning, when they are not too crowded or you can be enchanted by the magic of Piazza San Marco in the night, with the orchestras playing. From the penthouse in 5-10 minutes walking you reach Rialto, Academia, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Piazza Santo Stefano, etc.
In the immediate neighborhood you'll find a souvenir shop, pharmacy, pâtisserie, newspaper stand, coffee shop, good restaurant and bars, little grocery shop, fruit and vegetable shop, and also all the high fashion shops of the best Italian labels, that are located in this area of Venice.

We had a great stay in the penthouse - with a wonderful view of the tower. It was a nice place to get away from the crowns and heat but close to St Marks and lots of restaurants and shops.

Quiet gem in a stunning city

We had a most pleasant stay at Edward’s property. The apartment itself is so unique and comfortable, the location is central and the apartment has all the amenities one might need for a short or extended stay. Many food recommendations were provided by the host which was an added bonus.

Fabulous place

The apartment is gorgeous convenient and comfortable! The location cannot be beat- down a quiet Calle but near st Marco the host has provided helpful tips for eating well and a well stocked kitchen for staying in. The beds were comfortable, the heat and ac worked well, having 2 bathrooms was perfect! We’d definitely go back!

The apartment location is ideal. It's a short walk from Piazza San Marco. Although there is no elevator, the stairs were easy to manage. The place is very clean, and the pictures are accurate. I would definitely enjoy staying here again.

Fantastic unique loft apartment

We loved our stay in this stunning and spacious apartment. It’s got everything you need and the unique loft design with exposed beams was a great feature. It was close to everything yet secure and quiet. Just around the corner from the entry is a quite spot by the canal where you can watch the gondolas and boats go by. Highly recommend this place.

This was a great and spacious place to stay, stocked with all kinds of things to make our trip more comfortable. A word of caution - there are a LOT of stairs to haul your luggage up. This location is definitely meant for health/fit adults/children.

The stay in Venice was wonderful. This place is just like the pictures. It is as quirky as it is fun. Really loved the washer and drier. Water pressure in tub not good and air conditioner in small room off kitchen did not work. Once we found the place it worked out great and would stay again. Thank you for your patience Agnes.

In the heart of everything but in a quiet location. Took a vaporetto from the airport - fun way to arrive and we were met at the stop and walked to the apartment. Easy check in process. The apartment has air conditioning and once turned on, the property cooled off.

Great Place and perfect location!

Perfect place for a unique Venice experience! Cable service for the TV didn’t work and there were a few lights that didn’t work as well. While they didn’t ruin my trip it may for others.
