I was a solo traveller and I felt extremely comfortable in this hotel. When I checked in I had a welcome drink (Prosecco) and a staff member showed me on the map which sites to visit. I was early for check-in but they called me up before the standard check-in time to tell me they had a room for me already. I had booked a single room but I was upgraded to a double room. The room was very nice and had an espresso machine. The most important thing to me is to feel safe and I was put in a high-up floor which I really appreciated. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Top marks to this hotel!

We traveled through Italy for 16 days, staying at 6 different places and unfortunately this place was our least favorite. The room had vinyl plank flooring that just looked cheap, the walls and baseboards were dirty with grime. The room had a small coffee maker that used pods which was nice but they did not replenish the pods after the first day and they charged you for the water that needed to go into the coffee maker. We accidentally spilled some coffee on our bedsheets and figured they would give us new sheets when the room was made up but nope - when we returned late in the evening to turn in we discovered they had made up the bed with the coffee stained sheet. This was on day three of our stay which was supposed to be the day they would automatically change out your sheets according to the information we were provided when we checked in. Very disappointed in this place.

Excellent location

Had a great stay here. Room was large. Ample closet space for two people. Cute outdoor garden area and small rooftop bar. And the location is a few steps from the sant angelo vaporetto line so you dont have to lug luggage around. Staff was very attentive and helped arrange an early AM airport water taxi. Our aircon worked fine and the hotel didnt feel dated.

The staff was helpful ( Alessandro) and welcoming at arrival , the room was in incredible over looking all the traffic on the grand canal , WE LOVED it!! The room made us feel very special , Hotel Great easy location, for $150 Euro the private water taxi from airport to hotel door, worth it. Easy and fun ride. Venice is not cheap but worth every penny in this 1.6 thousand year old magical city

This property was excellent. We celebrated our honeymoon and everyone was so accommodating and very attentive. Mim was exceptional. She goes over and above to make sure everyone is taken care of. Professional yet very very kind. Nicolas was also exceptional. Always made us feel welcome. The only issue we had was upon our arrival at the train station the boat taxi from the hotel was extremely rude to us. We had areanged to have him pick us up at 3 and it was 2:55 and he was upset that he kept calling us We needed time to get from the train with our bags and find where to meet him. Plus we had no data and had to use the wifi of train station. It ruined our excitement that we felt when we arrived in venice. This was not acceptable. I would like the hotel to look into this.
