Wonderful Home with Heated Pool near Beaches and Shamrock Park free wifi

Located a block from Shamrock Park and close to 4 different beaches, you'll enjoy this completely updated 2/2/1 heated pool home with large corner lot. Easy access to shopping, eateries and hours of outdoor entertainment or you can sip on a cool one by your own private pool...need more pictures? Just let me know!

Between the beaches, pool, and park you might not find yourself inside very much, but the home does have three televisions with comcast cable and free wifi.

As for Venice, this charming beach town will become your home away from home. Known as the shark tooth capital of the world, enjoy strolls along the local beaches looking for these little souvenirs. Take a short drive down to Sharkey's at the Pier for a sunset-drenched drink or tasty meal. See the dolphins, bring a fishing pole, or just watch the sun set along the gulf waters. Venice beaches include conservation parks, bird sanctuaries, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and biking trails. Venice’s quaint, palm tree-lined downtown is famous for its art galleries, antique stores, restaurants, and clothing stores.
Nearby Sarasota is filled with activities including the renowned Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Museum of Art, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Jet ski and sailboat rentals, and St. Armand's Circle (great for dining, shopping, or strolling) to name a few. For the more adventure filled days, Busch Gardens, Disney's Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and SeaWorld are all only 2 hours away!

This house was perfect for us. We loved it! Great location, fenced in yard for our dog, close to beaches and a great park. The pool and outdoor area are wonderful and the house is comfortable with all amenities we needed. Jason is an excellent host with a fabulous sense of humor and very knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time. Pool was relaxing and refreshing. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were close to great beaches, shopping, restaurants, the park and other activities. The owner was super nice, we had great communication with him. He checked on us during our stay.We didn’t use them but there were tons of great bikes. He had sand shifters for looking for sharks teeth.

Property location was excellent. Two minute bike ride to the park and close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Probably the best location in my opinion of anywhere we've stayed. My youngest son stayed in the pool whenever we were at the house. The host has basically anything you need at the property which was really nice.

Very comfortable home in a terrific location. You can easily take day trips to Sarasota, Bradenton, Ft. Myers, Sanibel Island, it's all so easy to do from Venice. And make sure you explore Venice too! (I highly recommend Scoops in town for ice cream.) From the cozy beds, to your own private pool, this home is so much better than a hotel hands down!! We've been here before and always look forward to an opportunity to stay at this home again. The owner Jason always makes us feel so welcomed and appreciated, and his communication is first rate.

Venice life

We visited Venice, FL for the month of January. Although the weather was all over the place we enjoyed our stay and the house had all that you could possibly need. The owner was readily available and helpful. Easy,friendly communication. We didn’t get to use the pool due to cooler temps and just doing all the things to do in the Venice/Sarasota area, but the pool/ lanai area is a great spot to just chill out . Shamrock park is so, so close and a delight for walking, and biking. The month went by so quickly! Really enjoyed our time in the area and at the house.

Jason is an awesome owner. Always in touch with us. Any issues and he will fix it immediately! House is lovely and has a heated pool and nice size yard. Everything you could want or need is there! We found about 300 shark teeth while visiting the local beachs! We will be staying here again!

Fantastic Venice experience

I try to visit different areas each year and this stay was AMAZING. The neighborhood was fantastic, the house was spottless, the pool and lanai and back yard were the star of the show! Couldn't of asked for a better outdoor area. The 8 foot tall privacy fence not only offered great privacy like you were in your own little resort but it was secure enough my 5 lb dog couldn't get out. I will definitely be returning.

House Filthy!

I would love to send pictures! The house was filthy. Beds had been slept in, I have pictures to show blood or something on sheets and also a clot of blood. Every room was discussing, even put our beach towels down to sit on furniture. We used paper towels to open doors as they were dirty. The pictures do NOT show the real home but my pictures do! First time using VRBO and this house needs removed!!!!! Not sure if this is what all VRBO homes look like??

Vacation from the cold

We booked this house based on the great reviews. This house had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay. The house is next door to a beautiful park and biking trails that go forever! The owner provides bikes and beach gear! They have thought of everything you would need for a perfect stay.

Perfect Outdoor Area

We loved our VRBO so much we ended up cooking most meals on the grill and spending day and night by the pool. We did a little exploring but relaxing in the backyard with our family in that great Florida weather was exactly what we needed this vacation. Hosts thought of anything we might need and had it handy. We can't wait to visit again.
