Screened porch and private pier on False River

3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom custom home with private pier! Exceptional, light-filled home with beautiful lake views and epic sunsets. 1500 sq. ft. with an additional 800 sq. ft screened porch. Complete with bunk room, ping pong table, basketball goal, canoe and floating mat, this home is perfect for families. One of the best piers on the lake! Huge pier with large covered area with lots of seating and dining space, high jump platform and sun deck.

This one story home features a main bedroom with a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom with double vanities, shower and soaking tub. Across the hall is a queen bedroom and a bunk room (with four double beds and one twin trundle). There is a full bathroom on main hall and a half bath located in the carport area.

The living room features a large seating area with two sofas (one is a sleeper sofa) and a 65" flat screen TV perfect for the big game. The dining area has a large table that seat 8 and can extend to seat 12 guests.

The screened porch is one of the many highlights of this house and comes with a dining table that seats 6 and a sitting area perfect for morning coffee in the shade.

The outdoor patio has another dining space, seating area and a gas grill.

Huge pier with plenty of seating, shade and sun spaces.

The house was a great fit for our family. From multiple canoe outings, to the heated ping pong and basketball matches out front, our kids were well entertained. The open living/kitchen/dining area allowed plenty of space to visit and congregate. Our host was responsive and super helpful answering questions about the area. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my mother’s 85th birthday weekend with her at your beautiful home. The screened in back porch was the perfect place to enjoy spending time enjoying the peaceful mornings and beautiful sunsets. False River Stay

Super cute house with plenty of room and amenities. Easy to get to and we had a good time hanging out on the dock and swimming. Fairly close to St. Francisville for shopping and restaurants, if you want to forgo cooking. Will rent again if coming to the area.

Perfection on the Lake!

Perfect lake house and dock! Our family loved swimming off the dock, grilling on the piped in natural gas grill and sleeping inside a luxurious home. We also enjoyed our sunrise coffee on the screened in front porch. The kitchen is very well appointed and the dock is perfect for tying up a ski boat. Basketball goal is adjustable height for children of various ages. We plan to rent again.

Fun on the River

This house was perfect for our girl friends reunion of 6. The house was so clean and fresh and decorated so beautifully. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed visiting on the porch, the pier and the views of the river were so nice from the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The counter top height and cabinets in the kitchen and baths are a little higher than standard but did not pose as a problem. We had near by restaurants and grocery. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay so much. Check in and Check out instructions were easy peasy.
