We loved staying in this lovely home! Perfect balcony for coffee in the morning, dinner and sunsets. The king bed was very comfortable and the furniture was good. A dog friendly place and downtown Ventura is very dog friendly as well. We will definitely stay here again.

Location was FANTASTIC! The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing!!! And so close to great restaurants, the beach, and all the wonderful things Ventura has to offer. We didn’t spend a great deal of time on property, but this is a fantastic base for visiting Channel Islands National Park. It is minutes from the harbor and we cooked all our meals at the property, which kind of off-set the highly nightly rate.

Quiet hillside neighborhood. Well maintained and well stocked home. Off-street, covered parking for two cars so we never had to compete for parking—so rare in hillside home and so appreciated. Stunning ocean and city views from entry-level upper floor. Home had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. I would recommend you ask for the key to the side gates that access the stairs down to backyard - it’s so much easier than using the outdoor spiral stairway.

Visiting family in Ventura

Beautiful views of Ventura and the ocean from a comfortable home on a hill. We appreciated the off-street parking in a carport. We chose the home because of the two bedrooms each with their own bathroom. There was also a small bathroom upstairs. Lots of closet space was a benefit not usually available in a rental. We were a group of 5, two grandparents and a daughter, son-in-law and one granddaughter. We did have to be very careful on the stairs going down to the bedrooms from the living room. We enjoyed our stay.

The outside stairs may be difficult for seniors to navigate to the backyard especially if you have dogs The side stairs are much better but they were locked. Management was very prompt of you have any questions.
