For the length of time and the price I paid , the room could have been cleaned mmore than 1 time. Had to call to get more towels and toilet paper since they did not clean my room when requested. Took 5 phone calls and 2 days later that it finally got cleaned. The people upstairs were loud and had a large dog. I asked to be moved and they said the people would be checking out so then everything should be more quiet. For the price there should have been at least coffee in the room. I was very unhappy with my overall stay.

Staff was Superior. Unfortunately the room was next to a transitional living part of the property and was noisy all night. There was guest property all along the backside of the Motel and it looked very trashy. A lot of belongings in front of the rooms and people outside all nite talking. The heater in the room didn’t work and it was very cold. I did come late and the desk said she only had a few rooms left.

Both stays I have had at this location have been not the best. Firstly, I’d like the the hotel staff accommodating me and allowing me to check in early after coming off working a night shift rather have me wait until normal check in time. Rooms were decent, nothing fancy. Good luck trying to get some sleep during the day because the constant foot traffic and the echo of voices will either wake you up or keep you up. Both times I was only able to be accommodated in a room near the portion of the hotel which is used to permanently or temporarily house those who are in rehab and/or homeless. If those people are allowed a section of the hotel to roam around, then there should be a section of the hotel where actual paying guests can be in their room without being bothered with the extra foot traffic and echoing audio of loud conversations and music.
