The hotel is new and room is very clean. However, there's something for improvement. 1. Only 2 towels in the room when we checked in for 3 guests. 2. Didn't provide extra towels after mentioned there's only 2. 3. Stated no pet when booking but extra pet fee showed up when checking in, and had to ask to make corrections.

Staff and hotel were very nice. I had to ask for tissues in the room as the box was empty, I had to move the fridge plug to a different outlet as the one it was plugged in to didn't work. There was a sports team booked into my floor and there was a lot of door slamming, laughing and running in the hallways and general noise throughout my stay and late in the evenings.

We were visiting the okanagan for the May long weekend. Originally had planned to stay in Kelowna however hotels were upwards of $1500-$1800 for three nights for a pet friendly stay. The BW Premier on Vernon was 1/3 the cost making it worth the hassle of having to drive down to Kelowna to visit family. We stayed with our two little dogs in a king suite. It was clean, spacious, we had a small kitchen area with a anpartment full size fridge and 2 burner built in hotplate and microwave. Small kitchen sink annd the bathroom was large with an 6 or maybe 8 foot walk in shower. The best part is the entire hotel seems to be pet friendly not just a few rooms on one floor. Each morning our dogs got to make new friends while entering and exiting the elevators and in the common areas of the hotel. Staff was some of the friendliest I’ve encountered and I stay in probably 10-15 hotels each year. We will 100% stay here again. I don’t always remember to write reviews but this stand out stay deserved a great one.

The place is a new build so beautiful. The issues is with policies and procedures with the pool. A team of teenage boys playing lacrosse were loud and disrespectdul playong lacrosse in the small pool. A family could not enjoy the 2 feef of room the boys gave them. When notifying the frony deak they only said " I can not stop them just talk to them* The policy should state not sticks/ game equipment,in the pool that can cause harm to others and if thefe are complaints ,you have to leave the pool. Policies are for everyone s safety* not teenagers enjoyment at any cost** We left after 10 minutes due to feeling unsafe around the boys playing lacrosse with rackets!
