Cozy Condo Steps to Lake

Welcome to our Resort Condo along the shores of Okanagan Lake, designed with all new high-end modern furnishings and appliances. Our unit is easy access ground level with a patio facing the beautiful predator ridge mountains with gate access to walk just steps to the lake. Resort-style amenities are yours to enjoy including a king size bed, outdoor swimming pool, pickleball courts, gym and two access points to Lakeshore Road Beach directly across the street. A designated outdoor parking stall is included just for you.
This completely furnished residence is appointed with the finest finishes from 9â€Č ceilings, quartz countertops, in-suite laundry, full-sized appliances, small appliances, dinner and glassware and array of kitchen accessories, soft close cabinetry, double size pull out couch, king sized bed and in-suite cooling/heating controls.

Guests will be provided with one off-street parking stall near the front entrance of the complex. A keyless entry code will be provided for access into the unit. Your welcome to inquire for long-term tenancy options!

THE LOCATION WAS BEAUTIFUL.NEGATIVES: The description was deceptive. Describing "bedroom 1" queen bed and bedroom 2 was a couch hidabed. Reality was it was a tiny space and it was just 1 room that was kitchen, sofa, and captain bed with no night tables. The washer/dryer was out of order.There was no hair dryer. Worst part was we sent text to owner and got no response.

Great place as a base for this part of the Okanagan. 10 to 15 minutes to most amenities in Vernon. Very quiet. Very safe. We parked our ebikes on the outside deck and no issues. Very comfortable bed. Owner was great to communicate with. While the designated parking spot is at the back of the property we had no issues parking on the street just in front of unit. When back in area will definitely check to see if available.

Condo plan and location are as described on the VRBO site. Proximity to beach and grocery store, fast food outlets etc. is good. Cleanliness of the unit was disappointing, especially after the reviews previously posted on VRBO. The bedding is also in need of an upgrade. Fortunately we had our own sleeping bags and pillows for our 2 grand children. We used the extra bed sheet to block the glare from the street light on the single window. The window is without a solid blind but the window frame was equipped with hooks to facilitate this work around. Sorry, but I can’t recommend this unit until the quality improves.

Nice buuut...

The property is exactly as described and perfect for a couple even though its a little on the small size. What we couldn't stand was the people above us constantly walking back and forth at all hours, and being able to hear everything. It kept us up constantly. Also, the host could have been a bit more pro active on check in, as I heard no contact from him and had to message him to figure out how to get in the day before. He assured me that by check in he would give me all the info needed to check in. It was past 4:00 pm and still hadn't recieved any info so i had to inquire again. I thought it was kind of petty and annoying trying to get into contact when driving on the highway. Especially when our check in was at 4:00 and he knew we were planning on arriving right on time. Also, parking stall is very far away from unit and there never seems to be any available parking out front so be prepared to walk a fair way to your vehicle. Other than that. Unit was clean and tidy, and just a short walk from the beach.
