The animal friendly room we stayed in was very unclean, and smelled of urine. It was falling apart. We had to ask 3 times to have the room made up. No one cared about our concerns. We won't stay there again.

This property is obviously in need of a complete renovation - maybe tear down and build new. The rooms are dated and very sparse with respect to amenities. Understandably the price point would indicate that this is not a 4 star hotel. Very noisy, you can hear everyone running water for showers, toilets, etc. There were aphids coming from somewhere in the room, mostly in the bathroom, maybe from the drain either in the sink or the bathtub. Cannot recommend this place, nor will I stay there again.

limited parking spots. My room was right beside the ice maker and super noisy. Unfortunately, the employee refused to change a room, very frustrated. Moreover, the noise from the second floor above can be very clearly heard, which affect my sleep so much!!!!

Gentlemen who checked us in seamed to be having a bad day. Not friendly although we were. Stayed here before the room was updated bed very comfortable. This room was very outdated felt like an old motel, bed was ok. All the ladies at front desk were very friendly and all smiles. Despite dated room it’s a great value for price. Hot tub dirty low on water and not hot, no pumps working in pool. Towels good for exfoliating skin more than drying it.
