In this mill outbuilding, Sabrina and Michel have converted the hayloft into a charming duplex house with cozy decor, nestled against the rock, alongside two large gites. This rental is located on a hilly 15-hectare estate with woods and a category 1 river.
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen with dining area, living room with wood stove, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 queen-size bed), bathroom (shower). Electric heating and wood stove.
Separate laundry room. Pleasure garden terrace. Play area, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, and small stream on site (race).
Indoor heated swimming pool (semi-inground) year-round, shared with the other gites on the property (8m x 4m; 1.35m to 2m deep). Swimming pool protected by a glass-enclosed, lockable room available to adults (including a changing room).

Gîte Extras: All charges included. Sheets, towels, and household linens are included.
Cleaning included. Please note: only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna: 1 free session per day, followed by a €15.00 session.
Nordic hot tub: €50.00 per session. Information and reservations available from the owners.
On site, 2 gîtes: for 6 people and 12 people.

Only guests wearing gym shoes will be allowed in the fitness room.

Pets are allowed at a rate of €10 per day per pet. For stays of more than 3 days, the rate is €35 per pet (maximum 2). To be paid on site.

Washing machine and dryer shared with 1 other cottage.
