I wanted to share some feedback from my recent stay. The room had a great view, and I understand that the nearby construction is temporary, but it did affect the overall atmosphere a bit. Unfortunately, the room itself had a sewage-like odor, and there was a puddle of water on the carpet. It seemed like there might have been a plumbing issue, as the toilet also didn’t flush properly and often required several attempts. In terms of service, Chris, the bartender at the main pool, didn’t seem particularly friendly during our visit. The team at the Hut by the beach, however, had much better energy and made for a more enjoyable experience. I’m not sure if Chris was just overwhelmed by the crowd that day, but I wanted to share that feedback as well. Overall, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.

This HOEtel Has Roaches

Second time staying here, and the first time we stayed at the main building, which was very nice. Second, it was at the hotel that had beachfront front small condo-type rooms. The room was very nice; however, small roaches would come out if any food was left out. Even in the middle of the day. We left some Fruit out near lunch, went to the pool, and came back to find them crawling all over the kitchen. Husband killed a few in the bathroom too. It made my stay uneasy, I hate roches! I didn't complain because I figured it was the entire building; we had nowhere else to go. What could employees do anyways? The View was nice from the room and We enjoyed the pool.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Marriott Resort Hutchinson Island! At first we were confused when we pulled into the parking lot because online what is pictured is the beach property. We did not realize our stay was at the location facing the golf course. But overall room was clean, modern. Front desk staff helpful. Breakfast team at Baja Grill were excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick making sure we were served with kindness and hospitality. We kept saying we should stay one more night!! We will be back.

Everything was great except there was no free coffee in the lobby. They did have coffee packets in the room. The rooms need a chair or couch to watch tv in-there was plenty of room for one so don’t know why there wasn’t either one.

There were ants in room and the noise was ridiculous I think there should be areas where couple and adults without children are not combined with large amounts of kids and groups there was no monitoring of the nose and chaos in the hallways and on our floor #4 it was hard to relax the staff was so kind our housekeepers were the best
