Nice hotel, but room was tiny. Mostly the bed fit in room, but hardly space to out luggage except on bed. Rome came with nice bottle of wine. Very friendly hotel staff. Really loved the breakfast!

amazing Location. Walking distance to all attractions in Verona. The hotel is clean, the staff are polite and helpful, the bed could have been more comfortable but it was still comfortable. The hotel Provided guests with a bottle of wine to enjoy. I would stay again.

Great location in a quiet side street

The hotel is located right in the central historic area but still down a quiet side street. It is right across from the arena. We stayed in the Giulietta room which had two rooms with a kind bed, a queen bed, and a day bed. It was very convenient for a family of four with 2 older teens. The room is a few feet down the street in with some apartments but easy lot access. There is no lift if anyone has mobility issues. There isn’t a safe. I would recommend this hotel.

Good stay though I paid for a room with view only to get there and they tell me that they are overbooked, so I got a room without any view. The windows had to be closed the whole time as it overlooked another hotel room. Good breakfast in the morning and helpful staff during the breakfast hours. Hotel is close to the arena and things to do in the area.

Nice hotel really well located and lovely staff. The breakfast was very delicious. Only down side was the bed, it was 2 single mattresses in a double bed causing some discomfort in the middle. Everything else was nice.

The hotel location is excellent! Very comfortable and the front desk staff just super helpful and nice. The AC did not work the 1st night but I still gave them 5 stars because the fixed it right away the following morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Excellent property in a fantastic location, you can walk out of the door and see the Arena down the street! The room has recently been renovated to a high standard, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were great, helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet had a nice range of things to try.

Great location. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff are welcoming and very helpful. We utilized the laundry service which was quick and reasonably priced. We loved Verona and will return to this property on our next visit.
