This beautifully decorated 95mÂČ apartment offers a prime location, close to top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.
The building faces the river, so you can easily enjoy walks in an idyllic setting that will make you forget you're in the city center.
It is located on the 3rd floor and has elevator access.
The living room is designed for relaxation. It has a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, where outdoor seating provides a perfect spot to enjoy fresh air.
The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a tasty meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and ample wardrobe space, and the beds are outfitted with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep.
The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring everything you need for a refreshing experience.
For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
