Spacious and bright apartment just a stone's throw from the beach and pine forest

Very large modern apartment with 3 fronts, all furnished and equipped (with kitchen utensils and cookware, microwave and oven, orthopedic mattresses, towels, sheets and cable TV), green spaces around the building, plenty of natural light and an excellent sun exposure, next to a pine forest and the beach (blue flag, with dunes protected by walkways - Praia da Amorosa) and the local swimming pool and gym (Amorosa Club 300 meters).
Following Amorosa beach (towards Viana do Castelo) we find Rodanho beach where you can practice nudism. Finally we find Cabedelo beach for wind sports enthusiasts, especially Windsurf and Kitesurf, also widely frequented by practitioners of other water sports, such as Surf and Bodyboard.
Amorosa is 5 kilometers from Viana do Castelo.
30 minutes by car you can reach Ponte de Lima and Barcelos, 40 minutes from Braga and by ferry, 50 minutes from GuimarĂŁes and 60 minutes from Porto airport,

A FUIR Appartement trop humide et mal entretenu, et caution conservée abusivement

Fuyez cette location malgrĂ© les autres bons avis, qui datent tous de plus de 3 ans... Nous avons louĂ© en aoĂ»t 2022 et l'expĂ©rience fut catastrophique. Le logement est beaucoup trop humide et trĂšs mal entretenu, et la propriĂ©taire est malhonnĂȘte. Tout l'appartement sentait l'humiditĂ©, les placards et le linge de maison empestaient le renfermĂ©, il Ă©tait impossible de faire sĂ©cher son linge dans l'appartement, et le matin toutes les affaires et les draps Ă©taient humides. Nous avons dĂ» aller Ă  la laverie pour sĂ©cher le linge Ă  chaque machine, ainsi que les draps et serviettes qui sentaient mauvais et Ă©taient constamment mouillĂ©s, malgrĂ© une aĂ©ration permanente et l'utilisation d'un dĂ©shumidificateur fourni dans la salle de bain. Également, des traces de moisi tapissaient les murs et les plafonds, ce qui est mauvais pour la santĂ©. De plus, le logement mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre globalement rafraĂźchi. Les poignĂ©es de porte et les robinets nous sont restĂ©s dans la main Ă  plusieurs reprises, on se prenait les pieds dans les seuils de porte dĂ©collĂ©s... Nous sommes mĂȘme restĂ©s coincĂ©s un soir dans une chambre car la porte ne s'ouvrait plus, on a dĂ» dĂ©monter la serrure pour sortir ! Elle n'a ailleurs jamais Ă©tĂ© rĂ©parĂ©e pendant notre sĂ©jour. Le matĂ©riel de cuisine et l'Ă©lectromĂ©nager sont vĂ©tustes. Enfin, il y avait des problĂšmes dans la robinetterie de la douche qui Ă©tait en mauvais Ă©tat et ne coulait pas toujours trĂšs chaud. Nous avons mĂȘme dĂ» faire intervenir la propriĂ©taire pendant le sĂ©jour pour faire remplacer le robinet qui s'Ă©tait mis Ă  fuir d'un coup. Et pour couronner tout cela, elle a conservĂ© la caution de 100 euros pour le changement du robinet et de la serrure ! Terrible experience, ne vous fiez pas aux jolies photos qui ne montrent pas l'Ă©tat rĂ©el de l'appartement.

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzĂŒgig und fĂŒr eine 6 köpfige Familie super ausgestattet. Leider entsprach die Umgebung nicht unseren Erwartungen, insbesondere wenn man kein Auto vor Ort hat. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und sie hat sich immer sofort um alles gekĂŒmmert und viele Empfehlungen gegeben.

L’appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© en rez-de-chaussĂ©e. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs disponible et rĂ©pond Ă  toutes l’escroquerie questions. L’appartement est spacieux et propre. C’est idĂ©al pour ceux qui veulent la plage (Ă  600m Ă  pieds) ou dĂ©couvrir Viana (10 minutes en voiture du centre). Tout est parfait et il y a des commerces Ă  proximitĂ© (boulangerie, Ă©picerie et restaurants).

Casa muito acolhedora, grande, limpa, a 5 minutos da praia aconselho a todos que queiram passar uns dias na praia. A cidade Ă© muito acolhedora, calma ideal para umas ferias em familia.
