Ich freue mit ebookers beginnen zu können und ich weiss nicht womit ich heute anfangen soll, ich habe über ebookers ein b&b gemietet wobei ich bei einer firma namens novasol gelandet bin. als ich versucht habe euch zu kontaktieren, wurde ich immer wieder zu novasol weitergeleitet und die komunikation mit ihnen war eine katastrophe, stornieren war zu diesem zeitpunkt leider nicht mehr möglich, da ich sonst 600€ verloren hätte. soweit so schlecht wir wollen ja eh nur übernachten und sind meistens unterwegs. am haus angekommen stellen wir fest, dass der biden nicht sauber ist, die küche hat vom abfluss her gestunken und die klimaanlage die stank ebenso wenn man sie einschaltete und der geschirrspüler ist kaputt, parkplätze hat es zwar aber es sind alle restlos belegt und wir mussten mit einem kind 400 meter zu einem parkplatz laufen und als wäre das nicht genug hat es die letzten 2 tage nur gewittert und geregnet so dass es in unsere wohnung geregnet hat durch die haustüre somit lief wasser in unsere wohnung, auf anfrage was zu tun ist oder eine lösung für das problem hiess es nur kann halt schon passieren ist eben ein starkes gewitter und sie sei gerade nicht in der gegend. somit haben wir beschlossen unseren urlaub abzubrechen und wieder nach hause zu fahren, wir sind von allen parteien restlos enteuscht
