Apartment with garden on the Lagomare

Inside the Lagomare district, on the border with the San Rossore park, the apartment is on two levels, with the sleeping area separated from the living room.
It has large windows and a large terrace overlooking the garden. In the morning you can meet the fallow deer, in the evening you can listen to the barn owl's breath.

La Lagomare offers a peaceful environment, away from traffic, where it is possible to take long walks immersed in light and greenery.
From here it is possible to reach the sea on foot, and from there to the Vecchiano pine forest or the Bourbon estate. You can choose between the equipped beach of Torre del Lago, the beach of Marina di Vecchiano, wild, among the dunes, or Lecciona, one of the most beautiful free beaches on the coast.

Viareggio, Pisa, Lucca, Livorno are just a few minutes away; Florence, the Garfagnana and the Apuan Alps are an hour away by car.
You can participate in the great events of Versilia and inland, starting from the Carnival of Viareggio to get to Lucca Comics, passing through Barga Jazz and the Lucca September.

Upon check-in, a deposit of € 20 in cash will be required for each access card to the neighborhood and for the house key. The deposit will be returned upon return of keys and card, during check-out.
