Nestled in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this charming 52 m² air-conditioned villa is fully equipped to offer a comfortable and enjoyable stay, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The beach and the main shopping street of Vias Plage are within walking distance, with Farinette Beach just 400 meters away.

The villa features a bright and welcoming living area, with direct access to the outdoor spaces. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, ensuring optimal comfort throughout your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric grater, fridge-freezer, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms:

one bedroom with a 160 cm double bed,

a second bedroom with two 140 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bunk bed, ideal for children and teenagers.

👉 All beds are provided with duvets and pillows for your comfort.

The bathroom is functional and well equipped, featuring a shower, washbasin, washing machine, and a hairdryer.

Outside, enjoy a large shaded wooden terrace furnished with an outdoor dining area, as well as a 96 m² private garden with synthetic grass, including sun loungers and a low lounge area, perfect for relaxing moments. A gas plancha is also available for convivial outdoor meals.

For cooling off, the shared swimming pool of the residence is accessible from June 1st to September 30th.

By train: Vias train station is 1 km from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Saturday to Saturday.
A deposit of €400 is required on arrival.
