Wir durften ab 15 Uhr einchecken kamen aber etwa eine halbe Stunde später und haben die Putzfrau dort angetroffen die immer noch nicht fertig war. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad waren nicht wirklich sauber. Man sah den verpickten Staub wo sie mit dem Tuch drüber gewischt hat oder wischen wollte. Eines der Bettwäsche war dreckig und nicht überzogen genauso fehlten Polster und Decken. Auf Nachfrage bei der Putzfrau wurde dieses behoben. Die Duschtasse war dreckig und die Kloschüssel war ziemlich locker befestigt wir hatten Angst, dass sie nicht abfallen würde.Genauso ist Dichtung der Duschtasse beim zu machen abgegangen, dies haben wir dann selbst repariert. Als meine Tochter schon in der Dusche war, gab es plötzlich kein Warmwasser mehr. Man sollte die Gäste darauf hinweisen ich habe dann am Herd Wasser aufwärmen müssen um mein Kind vom Shampoo zu befreien.Im Geschirrspüler befand sich dreckiges Geschirr und die Mikroweöle war drinnen verschmutzt Auch das Besteck war wehr mangelhaft. Ein Löffel und 2 Gabeln und ein Messer für 5 Zimmer und 12 Leute ziemlich wenig.Der Kundenservice war sehr bemüht aber trotzdem empfand ich das ganze als sehr kompliziert und anstrengend.Gäste sollten besser informiert werden.
