Brilliant location. Really friendly, helpful staff with perfect English. Only tiny issue was the bathroom was a bit small and the plugs didn't work in the sink or bath.

Great place to stay for a family. You close to everything. The tram is right there as well as places to eat and it's only a short walk to the centre of town. The size of the room was very generous and was very comfortable.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. While the hotel was generally clean, the decor could use some updating to give it a more modern feel. That said, it didn't detract too much from the overall comfort of the stay. Would recommend it for its excellent location and warm service!

First impression it is old, and it reminds me of the movie the shining espicially the hallway leading to staff elevator. I later found out that first 4 floors of the building are almost empty. and only the top floor is used for hotel rooms. Staffs: ok did not have much interaction with except hello, bye. The hotel floor carpet is old, could not find any ER exit like stairway The room is small, decoration below average not too cozy or welcoming no art of any kind on the walls, There is coffee maker but no coffee to be seen The bed is bit hard but good pillows The room carpet is old and average The bathroom: small but thats europe. I like the shower head very strong, and the door is tight so no dripping of water onto the floor. I like the water heating pipe inside the bathroom which could be used as mini dryer for your under garments Breakfast we did not purchased and prefer to try local instead Overall its an average hotel, you will need to walk about 5-10 minutes to the Vienna state opera and Sacher hotel and additional 5 mins to other palaces

We got an apartment style room in the third floor. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable for three adults. We had a small kitchen, fridge and microwave which were useful. The hotel is really close to a supermarket, tram stops and restaurants. It's on a walking distance from the city center. Overall good for the price.
