Very nice family trip

The apartment was im a very good location in relation tothings to do and public transit. The beds were comfortable enough for us and our family enjoyed our time together. We liked having the larger table we could eat together.

Lovely flat! It looked new and clean, and we had everything we needed. Good location: quiet street, a local Spar and a Bio Market nearby. It was also easy to get anywhere with public transport: metro and tram stops were just a 2-minute walk away. We all enjoyed our stay!

What a Company!!! They wanted my Verify my Creditcard. After doing it, they took x eur from my creditcard, and wrote to me to verify again. I asked why? They said new system. Later they wrote personaly to Verify again. I Ignored it. The day before arrival they wrote they would cancel the reservation, if i didnt verify, so i did it again. We didnt recieve any check in code or key, so i had to call them. As we got in to the appartment, one of the beds where dirty and smelled like shit. I wrote to them that we couldt use one of the beds (4 beds to 5 persons). They wrote that it would be fixed as the first thing next morning. We where gone the next day until the evening, and as we got back the bed wasnt chanced. Suddenly the took x eur from our creditcard - x eur more then the total amount. I wrote again to them that they have charged us to much, and that we still were missing a bed. The day after they charged another x eur. After severel emails they have returned what they have charged to much, but not a single word or a discount for the dirty bed. In the appartment to 5 people, there was 2 ! Drinkingglasses. The diswasher was not to use. Ants overall. Dont go there……

Wir sind wirklich zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Die Zimmer räume, Küche und Bad waren einfach traumhaft. Ich Versuch zufrieden auf das Bett war super. Ich kanns nur weiter empfehlen.
