The location of the hotel is just a few minutes of walk from the main train station. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only issue is the shower design which lets water escapes into floor

Excellent location just in front of train station. Clean and spacious room. Staff was helpful to change the key card, which did not work at the first time. Another staff was so polite and gave me chocolate during checkout.

Bedroom was comfortable, but should have had queen bed. No all day coffee shop or restaurant. Distance to metro station over six blocks: inconvenient. No dry cleaners or pharmacy in neighborhood. Price for first week was 40% higher than for second week! Would not stay there again.

Great Hotel close to Hbf and public transport

The Leonardo Hotel Vienna Hbf is a great base for exploring the city. Less than 5 minutes walk from the Hbf and with great public transport connections. You can also walk. Into the city centre through Belvedere in about 40 minutes. Our room was a twin on an upper floor and was quiet and comfortable.
