Poorly maintained property in great location
Property is a poor state:
1. You should not rent out a property where the oven is taped up with duck tape to prevent use.
2. The brickwork on the balcony is loose and not safe.
3. The whole place needs a good clean
Parking is not straightforward and access is difficult
In summary though the location is very good, this is not enough
