- Ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine, fitted kitchen and large living room. The living room and kitchen lead to the extraordinary outdoor area, where you'll find a covered area with an awning for enjoying meals outdoors, with a table and chairs, barbecue, sink and outdoor shower. There's a north-facing pool area with sun loungers for sunbathing. There's a garage with an electric gate to park your car, with access from the inside of the house.



- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (1 en suite) and the other with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with baths, one en suite and the other for shared use with the other bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to a generous south-facing terrece with Ocean views.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher.



Equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets on all the windows and access to WI-FI (internet) + MEO TV.



The villa is located about 200 metres from Praia da Lota, which is just a few metres from Manta Rota, with direct access via a wooden walkway, with various amenities within walking distance, including cafés, restaurants, supermarket, ATM, among others.
