Es Castellot Vell - Villafranca de Bonany

Es Castellot Vell is a rural house with more than 250 years of history, renovated with the comfort of a modern home. The house is for a maximum of 11 people and offers five double bedrooms and one single bedroom, as well as three bathrooms, two of them en suite. The house has wifi internet connection and satellite television.



The property is accessed via a lovely driveway flanked by two large stone walls and we arrive at the front area of the house with the classic façade of Majorcan country houses. Through the main door you enter a large hallway, on the left is the lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV. On the right there is a large double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with an enormous bathtub. From the hallway you access the large kitchen with pantry, refurbished in rustic style and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all necessary kitchen utensils. From the hallway you also access the dining room with a large wooden table, a bathroom with shower and a small corridor from which you access the three double bedrooms and the single bedroom.



A staircase in the entrance area leads to the upper floor, where there is the fifth and extra large double bedroom with an extra large bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. This features air conditioning.



The pool area, accessible from the dining room, is very spacious and fully equipped for a fantastic holiday. In this area you will find the private 10m x 5m pool, umbrellas, sun loungers, a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa, a beautiful wooden table with benches for dining, a gas barbecue and extensive lawn. And all of this adorned with a beautiful and relaxing panoramic view over the interior of the island.
