Situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area, it’s just 100 meters from the beach and very close to the Rambla Principal, the vibrant commercial and social heart of Vilanova i la Geltrú. If you're planning to visit Barcelona or Tarragona, the train station is just a 15-minute walk away.



The apartment features ducted air conditioning and heating in every room, ensuring year-round comfort.

If you're new to Vilanova i la Geltrú, it's a charming coastal city in the province of Barcelona. The town offers a wide variety of traditional festivals, cultural activities, and music and food events. Its rich maritime history is reflected in its museums, seafront promenades, and port. Just 45 minutes by train from Barcelona or Tarragona, it's the perfect destination to relax and explore the beauty of the Costa Dorada.

Before making your reservation, please note the following to ensure your safety and that of the property:

The main guest must complete a brief verification process.

A credit card pre-authorization of 500€ is required. No funds will be held or charged as long as there is no damage to the apartment. The pre-authorization is automatically canceled 10 days after check-out. A processing fee of 10€ applies, and we use a specialized company called Truvi for this process.

In Catalonia, property owners are legally required to collect information from all guests, including minors, and submit it to the local police within 24 hours of check-in.

All guests aged 17 and over must pay a tourist tax of 1€per person per day, up to a maximum of 7€per person.

-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioner or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning or heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees nor the heating above 24 degrees.
