The person who greeted us was not friendly. The property was not well kept. 2 scary & sick looking dogs laying in the doorways. The room was extremely smelly of Black Mould. Shower faucet dripped constantly. Onlyb2 towels and no bathmat to dry feet. The walls were cracked and cement falling off in parts. The room was not clean. Missing a fitted sheet on the bed so slept ontop of the top sheet. No chair in the room or outside of the room. Pool was very dirty water fountain not operational. Other fountains on property not operational. No hangers or anywhere to hang wet clothes. Closet for clothing had 2 drawers covered in Black Mould and rotting wood trim.

Staff never available. Poor communication. Rooms have mold, no hot water, terrible bed, scant furniture, room tiny. Bathroom discusting with mold, poor plumbing leaking water onto floor, no hot or even warm water, limited towel/1 pat of soap/1 tiny bottle shampoo for 2+ weeks. Two sick dogs, both hobbling on 3 legs, feces all through yard on path to pool. No one around ever...except to collect $.
