The newly opened stylish residence with studio apartment "Residence Meridian Unità 3" welcomes its guests with automatic check-in in the small village of Villa San Pietro. Just 1 km from Pula, near Cagliari and the beautiful beaches of Chia, enjoy carefree vacations by the sea. The barrier-free studio has a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom and thus accommodates 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. The spacious covered balcony with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool. The common outdoor area has a terrace with sun loungers, large pool for adults and a children's pool, as well as an outdoor shower. There you can relax and do your laps in the pool and get plenty of sun. In the small village of Villa San Pietro there is a restaurant only 6 minutes walk away (650 m). All other stores for daily needs can be reached after 3-5 minutes by car in Pula, including cafes, two supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The port of Perd'e Sali-Porto Columbu is a 6-minute drive (3.4 km) away.
