Impressive Villa, ideal for families with Stunning Sea Views

This stunning dream property is situated in one of the most sought after locations for the holidaymaker. The Carichell Villa offers unique views of the entire Mediterranean coastline from Alicante to Benidorm.
This magnificent six bedroom home comprises of the following:
A master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Four double bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms.
A twin room with two single beds.
There is air-conditioning and heating throughout the property. The house has internet and satellite TV (no Spanish Channels).
The spacious living and dining area provides airy and bright accommodation with an extra large banqueting table and a well equipped kitchen. The house is furnished in a rustic, Indian style.
The extensive terrace means having the choice of several eating and relaxation areas with plenty of loungers around the pool area. Chillax at the outside bar and enjoy an al-fresco barbecue.
The location is idyllic and to maximise your holiday we recommend you hire a car. The Villa is only a 40 minute drive from Alicante airport, five minutes to the town of Villajoyosa, 10 minutes to El Campello and 15 minutes approximately to Benidorm.

Great but

The house is awesome and the landscape is beautiful but there is some little details that are not well maintained. If those details were fixed, the house would be perfect. We were a group of friends (+/- 24 years old) and it was perfect for that. No neighbours and great private place.

Belle maison mais manque d'entretien

Points positifs : Grande maison de plain pied avec de grandes piĂšces, grande piscine, trĂšs belle vu mer ( malgrĂ© les fils du tramway devant ) Points nĂ©gatifs : manque d'entretien ( placard cassĂ©, serrure fonctionne pas, une chambre sans clim, lumiĂšre extĂ©rieur fonctionnait pas, pomme de douche cassĂ©e, ..) , propretĂ© ( coussin extĂ©rieur sale, transat pas trĂšs propre, carrelage extĂ©rieur sale...), la route national juste Ă  cotĂ© ( beaucoup de vĂ©hicule sur cette route ) Pour information : la maison est Ă  cotĂ© de la national, et entre la maison et la mer il y a le tramway qui passe environ toutes les demi heure ( pas trop gĂȘnant ) sauf les fils du tramway qui gĂąche un peu la vu. En conclusion la maison est trĂšs belle en soit, trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre mais le manque d'entretien de celle ci gĂąche un peu cette maison. la vrai notation est 3.5

Toller Pool, Villa in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut in Schuss. Undichte WasserhĂ€hne, -leitungen, Duschköpfe, verstopfte und stinkende DuschablĂ€ufe, defekte GerĂ€te (Kaffeemaschine). GeschirrspĂŒler musste durch uns Instand gesetzt werden (verstopfte DĂŒsen).Ameisen in der KĂŒche und in den Zimmern, teils bis in die Betten.Die Villa liegt ohne Nachbarn weitab (6 km) von allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und GaststĂ€tten. Einkaufen, Stadtbummel etc. nur mit Auto möglich. Auch ein attraktiven nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, an der Villa selbst nur SteilkĂŒste. Toll, wenn man laute Partys feiern möchte, schlecht, wenn man nach dem Essen mal spazieren gehen oder ein Bier/ Wein trinken möchte. Elektrotor defekt, man muss beim An- und Abfahrt jedes mal das Tor von Hand öffnen und schließen. Nur jeweils ein SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr Haupthaus und Zimmer. Bei Gruppen bis 13 Personen sehe dĂŒrftig und erfordert genaue Absprachen. Ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr 5 bis 6 Kfz. Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern, jedoch nicht im Haupthaus. ZusĂ€tzliche StrandtĂŒcher fĂŒr alle Teilnehmer.

Fantastisk utsikt

Stor villa intill vÀg med en del trafik som inte störde oss. Lugnt och ensligt lÀge som krÀver bil. Fantastisk utsikt över Medelhavet. Mycket bra pool som bÄde barn och vuxna tyckte var fantastiskt fin. Vi fick bra hjÀlp av personal nÀr nÄgot krÄnglade. Vi Àr inga TV-lovers men det var womens World cup i fotboll och vÄr TV fungerade inte pÄ hela veckan. Vi fick hjÀlp att fixa det men de hjÀlpsamma herrarna fick inte ordning pÄ detta. Detta problem mÄste ha funnits en lÀngre tid. Vi krÀvde viss Äterbetalning pÄ grund av TV-problemen men fick inte nÄgot. Med smÄ insatser och ganska smÄ pengar skulle detta kunna vara en toppvilla. All in all quite good

All in all the property is quite good and worth a visit, but the quality and maintenance does not fully live up to its expectations. Little noisy due to lose mai. Street and train tracks. Rental car definitely needed

Our trip

First of all the villa itself is absolutely stunning! Breath-taking views and beautiful sunsets. very spacious and pool was brilliant. Also every staff member involved with us from the booking to the arrival and the duration was fantastic and really friendly. They got us anything we requested with no hassle. Perfekter Gruppenurlaub

Die Finca liegt ruhig zwischen einer Landstraße und dem Meer. Zwischen Meer und Finca liegt eine Bahnstecke - Zug und Straße sind auf dem GrundstĂŒck kaum zu hören. Alles sehr ruhig Nachbarn gibt es nicht. Der Pool ist sehr groß und die Finca bietet alles was man von so einem Urlaub erwartet.

Lovely Spacious Villa

Just enjoyed a great week in Villa Carichell, the pool is amazing! The villa itself is very spacious and plenty of room for all 12 of us. The furniture is strong and substantial, the beds comfy. It would have been useful to have a floor plan of the property as 3 of the bedrooms are independent of the main house, and on arriving late at night had a bit of a panic as to where everyone would sleep as it would have meant two 6 yr old boys sleeping in a room that was independent, which would have meant locking them in so they couldn’t access the pool when no adults were about! We did move a couple of single beds one to the main house and one to another independent room. The villa is set in lovely surroundings and great views of the sea, there was plenty of outdoor seating and loungers, and plenty of places to shade. The villa did keep quite cool so we only used the air conditioning intermittently. The bar area was useful with fridges to store extra drinks, with the bbq located next to it. We never watched the TV while there as we enjoyed sitting outside on an evening. The villa is located on the N-332, and the gate is next to the 131 km sign, a little difficult to find especially in the dark and for taxi drivers. Siobhan sent us the instructions for Google Maps which was very useful. Villajoyosa is a lovely place with a great beach and places to eat. We shopped for food at Aldi in El Campello, just a few minutes drive away, it is bright and spacious and plenty of parking. It’s not crowded and plenty of choice for fresh food. Again we made use of Google Maps for finding places. There is a tram stop a few minutes up the road, our daughter and her family used this for a couple of days out, and we all went to Benidorm for the day, costing each of us 3 Euro return. You can pay via a machine on the tram or when you reach Benidorm. The tram runs every 30 mins 24hrs a day. You can hear this from the villa but it didn’t bother us at all. You definitely need a car as there is nothing in walking distance, but there is not really any villas of this size in towns. We had a 7 seat car, and the rest of the family used airport transfers, my husband would then take us for food shopping or drop family off at the tram stop, it worked for us anyway! I would recommend this villa, we had a great stay!

Perfect Family Holiday

Villa ideally situated for coastline between Alicante and Benidorm where most attractions/activities such as water parks, scuba diving and paragliding are available. We especially liked El Campello and VillaJoyoisa which both had good beaches and long promenades with lots of bars and restaurants. Liked the spacious areas around the villa and pool (which was fantastic and largest pool ever), spent most of our evenings in the bar area drinking and eating from BBQ. Only small disappointment was close proximity to N332 and tram line but neither would put us off staying here again. Alex from Robinson Rentals was very helpful. Cullum family from Cambridge.

Mange mangler. PĂ„ 6 dager var i kontakt med agent 17 ganger pga. manglende strĂžm, aircondishen, ingen vand, defekt oppvaskmaskin, strĂžmbrudd internt i huset flere ganger pga kabelbrudd. Manglende rensing basseng. Brukte alt for mange timer pĂ„ og fĂžlge opp mangler og sitte Ă„ vente pĂ„ hĂ„ndverkere som ikke kom til avtalt tid😰 Vi krever refusjon pĂ„ leien da dette ikke var bra. Vi har dokumentert alle tilfellene vi var i kontakt med agent. Spennende og se hvordan utleie selskapet vil hĂ„ndtere dette.

Een fantastisch huis met wat verbeter puntjes.

De woning is ietwat gedateerd, maar daarom niet minder mooi. Grote slaapkamers met vrijwel allemaal een eigen douche, een fantastisch zwembad en een uitzicht om van te dromen. De beheerders Siobhan en Alex doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken, als je een vraag hebt zullen ze er alles aan doen om die te beantwoorden. Het spoor langs het huis is van een tramverbinding tussen Allicante en Benidorm, deze loopt op plastic wielen en je hebt er totaal geen last van. Een absolute aanrader.

Fantastic Villa!

We have just returned from a family holiday staying at Villa Carrichel, Villajoyosa. The whole family agrees that the villa is everything we would have hoped for. It is spacious, with lots of comfortable areas in which to sunbathe, relax, read and chat. The inside and outside cooking and dining areas are perfect for large gatherings. The views to the sea from the large swimming pool area, enabled us to witness some beautiful sunrises and moonlit evenings. All the rooms were very clean and comfortable with fully functional air conditioning. Siobhan and Alex were incredibly helpful to us and none of our requests, however trivial, were a nuisance to them. Being only a short taxi ride to Villajoyosa and the beach, Villa Carrichel is ideal for a large family or group holiday. Don & Frances, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Beautiful villa with a stunning pool area but some areas for improvement.

Overall, first impressions of the villa were good, with stunning views over the sea.. We were met by a representative who showed us around and explained how things work. However there were no instructions in English as to things like heating systems, alarm, rubbish recycling and who to call in an emergency. The living area and kitchen was spacious and well presented, as was the outside pool area and gardens, with lots of sunbeds and outdoor chairs and tables. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good and some appear to have been decorated recently. Although the property is close to the main N332 road and the Alicante-Benidorm train line, the noise was not an issue. The main issues that do need to be addressed are the microwave/oven, which is the only oven facility in the large kitchen. This was not big enough to cook for a large family(and the villa can sleep up to 12). A standard size oven does need to be added. Also, the water pressure was extremely poor and only person at a time could use the water to shower. This meant you couldn't flush the toilet, wash dishes or use the washing machine at the same time. For a villa which is marketed as luxury, this needs resolving. The villa is only a 10 minute drive to Villajoyoisa, with plenty of restaurants and bars and is well worth a visit. Overall, we had a good holiday and as the villa was all on one level, it was suitable for the older members of the family.
