The house is located in the old town of the picturesque seaside town of Villajoyosa, a 3-minute walk from the spacious sandy beach on the Costa Blanca coast, Spain's hottest place year-round. Just a few steps from the bakery, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

The street of colorful fishing houses is pedestrian-only. Cars don't come through here. Just 5 minutes away from the house is a free car park right on the beach

The space

House is located in the historic center of Villajoyosa, just a few steps away from everything you need.

On the ground floor is the first bedroom, which is situated for two people, but there is the opportunity to use the couch and sleep here for three. You can use two single beds that can be connected as a double bed, or just separate two single beds. There is space for putting things off the beach and storage. It is equipped with both an overhead fan and a smaller portable fan. The ground floor room has a bathroom with a spacious shower, washing machine, and deep-bottomed sink. You will also find a hairdryer and iron.

On the first floor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a balcony. The room can be separated by a door, thus creating the necessary privacy for each person. Each separate room has a ceiling fan, plus one portable fan, for a peaceful sleep. The room is equipped with a wardrobe and storage.

On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and bathroom and a typical Spanish balcony... The bedroom is cozy but spacious. It comes with two bedside tables and a commode for your belongings. The storage facilities here are quite large, you can also store larger items here. The bathroom features a toilet and a spacious shower. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

On the third floor, there is a kitchen and a living room with a balcony, the ceilings are high and so you will feel airy and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped so you can cook, bake, fry, and enjoy coffee, tea, or chilled beer. Lunch can be enjoyed at a wooden table. The kitchen-connected living room offers a comfy couch and two armchairs for Netflix's undisturbed viewing. The third floor has a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Finally, the stairs lead to the last outside floor, which is the Terrace. The terrace here is unique because it is one of the highest located and has a view of 360°, so we can see the whole coast of Villajoyosa, the historic town, and the distant mountains. You can enjoy sunrises from the sea, and sunsets towards the mountains. Or place an inflatable mattress for two people, which is available in the house to enjoy an unforgettable experience under the stars. Of course, the terrace also has a table with chairs, so you can eat comfortably here.
