Beautiful renovated one bedroom cottage just steps from the beach!
You will love this cottage for your next getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood and just 15 minutes to Historic
Cape May.

Living room is spacious with smart tv, plenty of books plus a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly nights if you visit in fall or winter.
Comfy queen bed with memory foam mattress our guests rave about. We also have a comfy sofa bed in the living room.
Linens are included and your bed will be made for your arrival. No need to drag sheets and towels.
2 spa robes are available to use to/from the hot tub.

Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, even a crockpot to cook meals while you are relaxing on the beach.
Wonderful screened in porch with cozy furniture to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

Fenced in backyard with new 97 jet hot tub, gas grill, outside shower, corn hole game plus a Solo Stove to enjoy a fire under the stars. Firewood is available. This area is for our guests; it's not shared. All yours to enjoy!


We are dog friendly and supply dog bowls, toys and poop bags.
The cottage sits on a corner private lot. Private driveway to park your vehicle.
Large vegetable garden plus an herb garden on the property to enjoy in spring, summer and fall.
We live upstairs on the back side of the property in a new carriage house. There is a connecting locked door between the cottage kitchen and our mudroom. You may hear us come and go but we have very busy jobs so you won't see us much. Please note we do have 2 golden retrievers and you may hear them bark once in a great while.
The neighborhood is quiet with friendly people who walk, bike and jog along the road that runs along the bay.
Cape May is just 15 minutes away to enjoy a day by the ocean, walk the shops or enjoy dinner at one of the many amazing restaurants.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY. The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market for a period of time. If you cancel for any reason after we have mailed your confirmation, your rent cannot be refunded unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a 10% Fee). The earlier you notify us that you may need to cancel, the better the chances of re-renting.
2. PROPERTY CONDITION / SECURITY DEPOSITS. When you arrive, please check the vacation rental for cleanliness and damage. Notify us promptly of any problems or damage. You agree to leave the vacation rental in arrival condition. No physical damage, vacation rental and yard neat and tidy, dishes washed and put away, spills wiped up, trash removed, etc. Late check-out, trash left, or vacation rental or grounds needing more-than-reasonable cleaning are grounds for security deposit claims. If there are no problems, deposits will be returned by mail 30 days after the date of departure. If we are going to make a claim on your security deposit, we will e-mail you describing the details within 30 days.
3. OWNERS SET SPECIFIC RULES. regarding the maximum number of occupants, pets, smoking, etc. As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are exceeded. If pets are not allowed at the vacation rental, that includes pets belonging to your guests. Large gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made in writing. Sub-letting is not permitted. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the vacation rental, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the vacation rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.
4. OCCUPANCY. In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of subject property which is ?. Guests must be at least 25 years old and only family groups are to occupy the Rental Property as required by Owner. All guests age 2 and over are counted as guests. Any reservation made under false pretenses and/or any party falsely representing the number people in the home is subject to immediate eviction without refund. Over occupancy is considered a serious violation of this rental agreement. No fraternities, school, civic or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval. In no event shall guest assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. Violations of these rules are grounds for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind. Guest hereby acknowledges and grants specific permission to property owner to enter premises at any time for inspection purposes should we reasonably believe that Guest is causing or has caused any damage to the Rental Property. Guest further agrees to grant property owner access to Rental Property for purposes of maintenance and repair.
5. THE OWNERS AND ASSOCIATES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for loss, theft or damage to your belongings while at the rented vacation rental. The property owners will be held harmless of any injury while staying at the property. The use of the pool is at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for injury while using the pool. There is no lifeguard.
6. YOU AGREE TO NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY if a maintenance problem develops at your vacation rental so we can have it remedied as quickly as possible. Owners reserve the right to make repairs as necessary, and to enter the
vacation rental with reasonable notice, or without notice if you cannot be reached. No refunds will be provided due to
inoperable appliances, etc. in Rental Property although property owner will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances will be and remain in good working order. Also, no refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuation of the area due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations.
7. KEY Procedures: Keys to the property will be at the property in a lock box. Renter will be given the code on or about 2 days before arrival either text or email with directions to the property. The day of check-out, please place the keys backin the lock box.
8. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHOICE. This vacation rental is individually owned and managed. We have described our vacation rental in detail to the best of our ability, but we cannot make the decision for you and will not be responsible if you are not happy with your choice on arrival. The rent will not be refunded and cannot be transferred to another location.
9. LEGAL DISPUTE. In the event it is necessary to resolve any legal disputes between the parties under this rental
agreement, the tenant agrees to reimburse landlord all landlord's costs of litigation and costs of collection, including, but not limited to, landlord's attorneys fees and court costs."
10. PAYMENT. As of the time of booking, the following charges are in effect. These charges may change over time as Renter requests other services.

Perfect little getaway!
We had such a wonderful first time visiting Cape May around Christmas time! Lyn and Anthony were wonderful and gracious hosts and their cottage is idyllic!! We enjoyed walks on the beach that is just steps away and stayed warm with the fire pit and hot tub in the evening. Their cottage has everything you need for your stay and downtown is just a short drive away!!

It could not have been any better. The hosts had thought of everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and the decor is very appealing. We enjoyed sitting out back with our coffee in the morning and the magnificent sunsets at night.

Adorable Cottage
We loved our stay! It was a great location for our family. It was less than a two minute walk to the bay and a perfect neighborhood for walking and biking. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and the hot tub was great! The house was equipped with everything you need. Linda and her family were super sweet. We will be back :)

Short Bay Visit
We came to the area with our dog so that I could run a race and walk the beach. It rained most of the day, but we found our own sunshine. I came in second in my age group and we walked through Cape May shops regardless of rain. Unfortunately, the beach was a bit over crowed with horseshoe craps, lol. Linda was helpful and very kind.

Lyn and Anthony are extremely accommodating. Response time is very prompt. Property and cottage are lovely and pristine. Linda and Anthony are great hosts! Their property was wonderful and they really care about the level of cleanliness, the small touches such as linens, pet friendly and also things like coffee, trashbags etc.. They truly do think of everything with concern to a great shore getaway!
