Very bright entrance hall with fireplace, 4 seater table, 2 sofas, satellite TV, DVD, CD and mp3. Large kitchenette, 5 gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave and dishwasher. 1 double bedroom with possibility of adding an infant bed. 1 bedroom 2/3 places with double bed and 1 loft bed. 1 bathroom, sink, bidet, wc and large shower cubicle, with water heater and electric heater. The living room opens onto a covered patio of about 30 square meters where you can eat, with an adjacent 60 square meters of green lawn where children can play safely or lie down to sunbathe. Externally there is a fabulous multi-jet hot and cold water shower. In the back part of the house there is a large area where you can lay or roast in the barbecue provided, the laundry room with a washing machine. Bed, bath and kitchen linen.

Kleines Häuschen am Hang

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund der wirklich sehr tollen Bewertungen insbesondere hinsichtlich der Kinderfreundlichkeit sowie Sauberkeit gewählt und uns wirklich sehr auf den Aufenthalt dort gefreut.Der Gastgeber ist wie beschrieben super zu erreichen und auch schnell vor Ort bei Problemen.Leider mussten wir aber feststellen, dass ein paar der zuvor super bewertenden Punkte und vom Gastgeber angebenden Aspekte bei uns nicht zu 100% zugetroffen haben:1. Parkplatz vor Ort: es gibt theoretisch einen Parkplatz, der aber wirklich nur für sehr kleine Autos in Frage kommt. Mit unseremKombi konnten wir dort oben nicht parken. Mit zwei Kids und dem Gepäck etwas sportlich, da der Weg aktuell nicht ohne ist.2. Straße: leider ist die Straße, die zur Unterkunft führt (aktuell) in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Sie ist nicht mehr wirklich befahrbar und komplett weggespült, zumindest für Urlauber. Einheimische wagen da eher das Abenteuer ;)3. Baustelle: leider ist hinter dem Haus auch noch eine Baustelle, die nicht sehr schön zum anschauen ist.4. Sauberkeit: vielleicht hatten wir auch einfach nur Pech aber wir hätten uns mehr Sauberkeit und Ordnung gewünscht.5. mehr Stauraum: für 4 Personen war es etwas enger bzw. zu wenig Platz, da alles sehr voll ist (Schubladen und Schränke in Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad)6. Kindertisch etc. war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, könnte bestimmt erneuert werden.Wir sprechen hier nur aus dem Blickwinkel einer Familie mit Baby und Kleinkind.

Overall great stay. 7 out of 10! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great open space in the living room/kitchen area, made the house very spacious. We were all able to hang out comfortably together. Loved that the house sat on top of a hill, the views were amazing. We also met one of the neighbors dog that came by in the early evening. She was super nice, calm and not at all threatening but would've loved to have been notified from the property manager that she may come visit us. We brought my dog and were a little hesitant about letting him outside as I didn't know if it would've been a friendly encounter as her breed is usually considered a "working dog." (I believe she is a livestock guardian dog/Great Pyrenees) Anyway, we love dogs and loved her short visits. The home was very clean but the yard had a lot of prickly balls that kept sticking on my dogs paws. We encountered a few insects inside the home. (a vineyard beetle on the bed by the pillow (I thought it was a tick and emailed the manager with a photo and they reassured me it was a vineyard beetle which are common this time in the season.) and a few pincher bugs. I understand the house sits on a hill top vineyard but it was just a little creepy. One of the restrooms did not have window covering so we had to hang 2 towels for privacy. The master restroom's toilet also had issues flushing. We had to take the lid off and manually pull the handle for it to flush every single time.

Fantastische plek

We hebben met ons gezin een heerlijke week gehad in het goed verzorgde vakantiehuis wat een geweldige ligging heeft.Het is een sfeervol en gezellig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. De verhuurder is erg gastvrij, zorgde voor wat spulletjes in de koelkast. Heel fijn! De kinderen konden spelen met speelgoed en voor de baby werd ook goed gezorgd. Wat ons betreft zou het huisje nog beter tot z’n recht komen als er buiten in de tuin iets meer comfort zou zijn, door de stoelen wat steviger te maken en dikkere kussens in de loungebank te leggen. Een grote aanrader en we komen graag nog eens terug!

Owners very helpful, quite location, equipment was complete and clean. We enjoyed the stay very much. 10 min drive to supermarkets and restaurants in Villasimius. Many beautiful beaches within 5-10 minutes by car.

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Casa Elena. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, der Kontakt mit Antonello war außergewöhnlich gut. Die Lage ist schön, mit dem Auto ist alles gut erreichbar. Ende Oktober hat fußläufig allerdings nichts mehr geöffnet. Die Restaurants und der kleine Supermarkt sind schon geschlossen. Dafür konnten wir einen menschenleeren Traumstrand genießen.

House in a great location with everything you need

We spent a wonderful week's holiday with our children at Casa Elena. The location is excellent: many small and larger beaches can be reached in 5-15 minutes by car. A beautiful beach can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. There are good shopping facilities about 7 minutes' drive away. The house is in very good condition, was clean and had everything we needed as a family. The communication with the owner was excellent. All in all, a highly recommended holiday home!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir fühlten uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat sehr viele Extras (Küchengeräte, Gewürze, Willkommensgetränke, Spielzeug,Strandutensilien). Die Kommunikation und der Check-in mit Antonello waren sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Der Ausblick aus dem Garten ist sehr schön. Toll ist auch die warme Gartendusche. Den Strand kann man leicht erreichen und auch andere Strände sind mit dem Auto naheliegend. Die Lage ist ruhig, zum Einkaufen oder ins Zentrum benötigt man ein Auto oder nimmt den Bus. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Alles super. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Bettdecken Handtücher Gewürze, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hat unseren Töchtern das Spielzeug, die Kuscheltiere und Bücher gefallen. Sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet mit Wickeltisch, Hochstuhl und Babybett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Es ist alles da an Möbeln, Handtüchern und Küchenutensilien, was man braucht. 5 min zu Fuß ist ein Strand. Es gibt zig Strände in Villasimius die wirklich toll sind. Das einzige: in der Ausschreibung hat man das Gefühl, das Haus läge dicht am Meer. Das stimmt nicht. Es liegt am Hang, 5 min entfernt vom Meer.

Relaxing vacation in nice location

The apartment is located within a typical vacation rental area near Villasimius. Casa Elena is well equipped and has lots of household and beach goods avaiable, we felt very welcome and comfortable during the entire stay. Antonello helped with every question very quickly before and during our time there, being really an outstanding host. The place is a few minutes drive from Villasimius, for bread and daily needs you will also find a small store within 10 min of walking distance. It's a great place!

Schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind (1jahr). Ein Kinderstuhl und ein Wickeltisch sowie einiges an Sandspielzeug waren vorhanden. Der Vermieter war jederzeit bei Fragen zu erreichen. Der nahegelegene Spiaggia Campus ist in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar und in der Vorsaison (Mai) fast menschenleer. Ein Auto ist notwendig um Ausflüge und tägliche Einkäufe in der Umgebung zu tätigen. Jeden Samstag kann man in Villasimius auf einem kleinen Bauernmarkt regionale Spezialitäten kaufen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Der perfekte Familienurlaub! Danke <3

Familienurlaub mit zwei Kleinkindern Ende April 2023: volle Zufriedenheit, nichts zu kritisieren. En détail: ab der Online-Buchung bestand ein sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Für Fragen war er stets zuverlässig erreichbar und antwortete binnen wenigen Minuten. Im Urlaub selbst half er uns das WiFi einzurichten, gab uns Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants - er war für jede Frage prompt erreichbar, immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll und bequem eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Vor allem für Kinder gibt es großzügig Spielsachen für innen und außen. Die Küchenausstattung ist bemerkenswert üppig für ein Ferienhaus und modern, außerdem gibt es einen großen Grill und das Wichtigste: eine ordentliche Spülmaschine :) Neben Bad mit Dusche, Bidet, etc. gibt es eine herrliche Außendusche, mit der unsere Kinder viel Freude hatten. Jedes Zimmer hat einen TV und eine separate Klima-Anlage, die auch wärmt. Im Garten hatten unsere Kinder außer einer Rasenfläche auch einen großen Parkplatz mit abschließbarem Tor zum Toben. In der Umgebung stehen viele Ferienhäuser, abseits der Hauptstraße: es war sehr ruhig, kein Straßen- oder Partylärm. Der Strand ist vom Garten aus zu sehen, die Wellen abends zu hören, in 3 Minuten per Auto, in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto ist grundsätzlich zu empfehlen. Es gibt traumhafte Strände in wenigen Minuten Fahrzeit und in Villasimius gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die auch Sonntags offen haben. Besonders bedanken wollen wir uns für den herzlichen Empfang: Der Kühlschrank war voll mit Getränken, die Schränke waren vorbestückt mit Grundnahrungsmitteln: Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, sardischem Brot und Oliven etc. etc. etc. und dazu alle möglichen Bedarfsartikel für den Haushalt. Fazit: als Betreiber zweier Ferienhäuser erkennen wir neidlos an: von diesem Vermieter haben wir gelernt. An diesen Urlaub werden wir - und vor allem unsere Kinder - sich erinnern. Wir planen unsere Wiederkehr. Vielen lieben Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften!

Gastfreundlichkeit at its best!

Haus Elena ist ein toll gelegenes, sauberes Häuschen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts, ob Spielzeug für die Kleinen, Ausrüstung für den Strandausflug oder Küchenutensilien, alles da. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zudem ist Antonello ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Wir sind erst abends spät angereist und wurden mitsamt eines Care Pakets an Lebensmitteln und Ausflugtipps von Antonello in Empfang genommen. Ebenso der Check-out wurde vollkommen unkompliziert mit Antonello abgestimmt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank nochmals

Herrliches Häuschen abseits des Trubels

Geräumiges Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet, Klimanalage in jedem Zimmer, sehr angenehme Matratzen.Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein Strabd ist zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt- ansonsten abseits des Trubels von Villassimius Antonello war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab. Einziger Wehrmutsttropfen: zwei Nachbarhäuser werden gerade renoviert, dadurch gab es ab 9:00 Uhr leider Baustellenlärm.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Kommunikation mit Antonello war einwandfrei. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, er hat uns direkt bei Ankunft mit sardischen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt. Das Haus ist super kinderfreundlich, Reisebett, Hochstuhl, Unmengen an (Sand-)Spielzeug sind vorhanden. Der Strand Campus ist zu Fuß etwa 10 - 15 Minuten enfernt, mit Kleinkind, Sack und Pack würde ich trotzdem zum Auto raten. Mit diesem ist man auch in ca. 10 Minuten am Strand Simius, der für kleine Kinder besser geeignet ist. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer und schöner Aufenthalt dort und ich kann das Haus für einen Urlaub mit Kind auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
