It has all the necessary comforts to ensure a relaxing stay: equipped kitchen, linen provided, wifi, terrace and small garden, woods and hills in the vicinity, peace and quiet assured.

Accommodation
This pretty little house of 40 m², facing south, can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.
Adjacent to the owners' living room, with an independent entrance, it is composed of a functional and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dryer), a living room with a dining area and a cot allowing an additional bed if needed.
On the first floor, you will find the bedroom with 2 single beds that can be reunited in a double bed (90x2), an office area and a shower room with toilet.

The south-facing terrace has a garden table and chairs (with cushions), a deckchair with mattress, a trolley and a parasol.
You can also make the most of the 150 m² garden, with its lawn and planting. It is shared with the living room of the owners, who live on site, and is enclosed.

Neighborhood
The house is located in the center of a village of 672 inhabitants. Adjacent to a neighboring house, it is located in a dead end street and enjoys the quietness of the countryside. Walks are possible in the nearby hills and woods.
A supermarket is located at 1,5km, some shops in Pont sur Yonne (2,5km) and its market on Sunday. The town of Sens, 15km away, offers, among other things, a market with products from the region.

Transportation
In the countryside, a car is essential. You can park in the driveway of the house.

Other remarks
- The house is accessible through an independent gate, while the small garden is shared with the owner's living room, when he is there (in low season).
- The staircase is quite steep and narrow, and is equipped with a non-slip step guard.
- For your comfort, two Olimpia Splendid fans with ice buckets for cooling are available on the ground floor and upstairs.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
