Rated FIVE STAR by young families, couples, grand parent, triathletes, divers and everyone in between! Our villa is Just one street back from the crystal clear waters of Orion Beach. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing we are the place for you. Just a hop and a skip from multiple, pristine, white sandy beaches, our holiday home is a great place to relax and unwind! In just a few steps ( we count 50) you are on the quietly secluded Orion beach. Sometimes we stay here all day! You can walk for miles on the sand or paved area above the beaches of Jervis Bay.

Renovated throughout, our unit is one in a row of four single story villas. It has a fresh, clean finish and is bathed in natural light. The main bathroom has a large walk in shower, a European laundry, heaps of storage and fluffy towels. No need to queue for the loo, we added a second!

The deck is a great space for meals and is complete with a built in bench, tables, chairs, BBQ with wok burner and even a planted herb garden.

There is plenty of room in the twin room and the beds are big enough for adults to get a good nights sleep. All bedding and sheets are provided. This room now has a split system aircon/heating.

We are able to provide a baby bath, high chair and a child toilet seat. Notice needed on booking.
Unfortunately we do not have a portacot.

The Queen room and its super comfy bed looks over the garden and has a privacy blind which let the light in but no one can see in. There are block outs too. All bedding and sheets are provided. Light weight bedding in the summer and a remote controlled fan. For winter warm bedding, extra blankets and a heater for the cool nights.

A lovely kitchen with stone benches, coffee pod machine, dishwasher, microwave and a great selection of cook/tableware is provided. The Dining area seats 6 and is a great place if you need to work on a lap top. Free Internet is now available. .

There is a selection of seating to watch the TV when the sun goes down! Books to read and activities to play. Fans in the summer/heaters in winter.

Access is via steps leading to a balcony, this is a great spot for a sheltered, sunny cuppa!

The side grassed area allows access to the back entrance of the house if you need to avoid steps. We are working on a disabled ramp on to the deck.

Vincentia village is a 10min walk on the path which is quite flat along the local road or along the beach path. The beach path is paved all the way but has quite a steep rise leading to the local shops. There are a few coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy, bike hire, hairdresser, boutiques and a main super market. Huskisson is a 5k walk or 10mins in the car.
