Quirky and Comfortable with a View

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this interesting and comfortable holiday home. The full width back window makes the beautiful view available throughout the upper living area and kitchen so that you can enjoy the beautiful scenery without even leaving the property. We spent many leisurely hours on the balcony taking in the view.

Excellent location, roomy property, very clean and well equipped apart from lack of a small saucepan and a small sharp knife, also, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were very uncomfortable; one thin and hard and the other incredibly soft. We failed to find a switch for the overhead kitchen light. Well set up for a dog if necessary and roomy parking. The faults were minor and didn't spoil our holiday. They are being included for the owner's/agent's perusal.

The property is steps from the beach. Beautiful tree filtered views of Bay. Well equiped and high quality. The big AC was needed and we loved the hot outside shower. The funky art an added bonus. Great quality sheets too. Internal stairs are steep. We will return. Loved it all.

Wonderful Venue

This is one of many houses we have stayed in over the years in Vincentia.It is certainly a great one. The house has a fabuluous view of the sea and the essential sound of the ocean whilst sleeping at night.Huge deck that has comfy chairs and perfect outlook.Located at the southern end of the beach, access is very easy as much of the northern sand slopes have been eroded and makes getting onto the sand difficult.The home is spotless and well equipped. The bed we slept in was very comfy, and all 3 looked as good.Really great place.

Fabulous beach house

Unbeatable location. Spacious, well equiped holiday cottage. Perfect location with a safe yard. 3 large comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, and even beach towels provided. Everything you could possibly need for a great holiday.

Relaxing stay

Beautiful house, lovely decor, close to shops & restaurants in Vincentia/Huskisson. Magnificent view of the bay & great that it was right on the walking path. Good sized & secure backyard & front yard for our fur baby. Beds were so comfortable & lovely to sit out on the balcony & unwind. Would highly recommend a stay at The Art Cottage. 10/10, thank you! Will book again next winter.
