The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

After arriving at Il Sole Di Vino you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and pool.

Sole Di Vino - 2 (45sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
