It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with sofas and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with shower and laundry area
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- A large lounge area with a TV, a double sofa bed and two single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed, with an open-plan bathroom (with bath) and a separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
