Welcome to your new favorite Island getaway with this clean and convenient two-bedroom ground floor level house in West Tisbury that offers charm and seclusion but also the modern amenities you expect like a full kitchen, Wi-Fi/TV, air conditioning, washer/dryer and oversized patio.

Then, when you're ready to hit the town or beach, feel free to use our FREE CAR that comes with every rental. Previous guests have found the car tremendously helpful to travel around the Island without having to worry about rental cars, expensive Ubers and taxis or crowded busses.

The house was recently renovated with gleaming hard-wood floors throughout and new appliances, bedding, furniture and outdoor amenities on the huge, oversized deck including a grill, patio furniture and lounge chairs.

House sleeps up to eight guests: one king bed, one Queen Bed, one Queen sleeper sofa bed, and two rollaway twin beds. We’re also PET FRIENDLY!

This is the ground floor of our house. There is another rental unit upstairs that has a separate entrance. Most likely you will not interact with anyone staying in the other unit. The parking areas and entrances to the yard are also separate.

We are experienced VRBO premier hosts with 5+ years rental history renting the upstairs unit of this home. We’re excited to offer this new space for rent this upcoming 2025 season! Feel free to messages us with any questions about your upcoming stay.

Had such a relaxing time at Martha’s Vineyard. The property was just as described. We slept comfortably and felt so relaxed on this property. Communication with the host was beyond expectations. Having access to the free car, was truly a huge perk. Will absolutely stay again.

The house presents itself as attractive as the photos make it appear. Spacious, new everything, fully equipped, and pet-friendly too. Deck is a real plus as well. A very enjoyable and relatively convenient place to stay. A good value choice.Our only issue was we didn't know about the renovated attic space being rented out as well until 2 days before arriving. That put a disappointing twist on our stay. True, we had very little interaction with the other guests, but it would have been better had me made our decision with this understanding in mind. It seems the current rental listing more accurately points that aspect out.This is a very nice house and the owners are very cordial and helpful, very professional, and very prompt to respond to any inquiries or concerns.

Our family had a wonderful time at this cozy home only steps away from a very convenient supermarket and the bus stop that took us to the vineyard ferry. The owner was always available for questions and extremely helpful. We did bbq in the back deck as well as take our little dog McQueen to run in the back yard where she chased the rabbits and squirrels!! Overall we enjoyed every minute of our stay having same amenities as our home in Ny
