Black mold in the showers/bathrooms. AC unit broke on second day, they never came to fix it. Leaking and constantly running toilet in the basement. Had to keep a towel on the floor so the sewer water didn't leak out of the bathroom. Soiled linens put in the drawers. Dirty dishes in the cupboards. Broken shower nozzle that shot everywhere while taking a shower. The driveway was dirt and steep, two huge ruts, needed four wheel drive to get into the driveway. Truly only a two bedroom not three bedrooms. The attic area didn't have a door to it and same for the basement area. Broken windows and ripped screens. Turkeys roosting on the roof through the night and especially in the early hours of the morning. Turkey poop all over the back deck, including the table and chairs. Couldn't use the yard at all, leaves everywhere from last fall, broken branches everywhere, and weeds about 2-3 feet tall throughout the yard. The company vacasa, was quick to respond via text message but didn't get much done. They would reply "we are sending this information to the local team" the local team came out on the second day to scrape the poop off the deck which they didn't do a good job of, and stated it'll just come back in a day. So if you like large turkeys on the roof all through the night, and poop over most of the deck while having dinner, and no AC, and black mold and toilet water constantly on the floor, then stay here. Otherwise cancel your booking and find a better place. Would not recommend
