This hotel is amazing. The location is easy to get to, the parking is nice (just know a truck is going to have a hard time fitting in the garage). The rooms are large and clean. I will stay here every time we come.

The whole family loved this place. The breakfast experience was amazing. Very attentive staff greets you with a smile. Right on the boardwalk, great view of the ocean from the balcony and indoor swimming pool. We will definitely be at the Coastal.

There need to be screens so you can open balcony door. guest services needs to allow more than one blanket. coffee station in room is cheap. 1 sugar, 1 creamer NO stirrer. Otherwise perfect location on beach! room was big enough. TV too small but not a deal breaker. breakfas was great!

No fuss. Clean. Friendly staff who all seemed genuinely happy. One of the better "included-breakfasts" I've seen. Nice workout facility where all the machines were in good working condition. Nice, clean indoor pool and hot-tub. All in all, a hotel I'll definitely be planning to visit again.

Great stay right in the middle of the boardwalk.

Love the room design with 2 king beds separated by the bathroom. The only complaint was a terrible shower head and almost no water pressure. The included breakfast was pretty good and they have a good selection of universal weight machines in the fitness center.

Room set up was perfect for grandparents trip with granddaughter. Easy beach access. Parking was convenient with easy access to hotel. On site included breakfast had so many options! It is NOT a fancy hotel, which I was disappointed with given the price, but it grew on us. It has all you need, good room size, comfortable beds and pillows, clean rooms and bathrooms, and our favorite: the ocean view was AMAZING. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. We’ll likely come back.

The room is very outdated and small and the hallway is not air conditioned. The facility is not what it looks like on the website pictures. Tv is very small, no overhead lighting, not enough shampoo and conditioner, missing shower gel. The staff is Not welcoming at the check in. I felt extremely judged, not valued customer. This hotel is not worth the money what I paid for. The quality of breakfast was poor and salty.

Great place to stay

Our room was located right in the middle of the beach area. Literally walking distance out the back of the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular. Great breakfast options except for no options for people that do not eat pork. The staff were great they even allowed us to check in early. Coffee and cold water available all day in the lobby. The beds were comfortable pillows were a little small but we made it work. Chairs and a table were available on the balcony for great scenery. Bathroom was spacious

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms right across from each other, that was a plus you could tell the rooms were newly renovated. You could tell that they put effort into taking care of their property as many times as I have stayed in Virginia Beach this place had the best breakfast. The pool was clean and nice. Had a good time. Thank you.
