Most likely the most pleasant, devoted and sweetest staff in America ! What a charm to walk-in the beautiful, festive & luminous lobby every time ! Great amenities ! Lisa (front desk) is just a sweetheart and Kim (concierge) is as well. A very nice man also helped me with internet issues (David, I think). They really surpass themselves to please the customers at this Courtyard Marriott: A+. The hotel is charming and perfectly located with gorgeous views from every room. Quiet when I was there (January/February). Spacious and smartly furnished & decorated rooms as well. Bed was ultra comfortable. The only issue I had was with the cleaning. First room I checked into had a dysfunctional AC/Heating unit covered in clumps of dust that were flying off everywhere. The second room was much better, but still very dusty on every surface (you could write with your fingers). The bathroom also needed renovations and several hairs lying or stuck pretty much everywhere. Finger marks on all light switches and doors. The eating area in the lobby is very pleasant but I believe the spaces between the sofas and cushions have never been cleaned. It was icky to say the least. If management manages to resolve the cleaning issues, you would have a gem of a mid-range hotel. Despite all that, I would definitely book there again because I loved my 8 day stay.

En général tout est assez bien. Juste peut-être augmenter la température de l’eau de la piscine intérieur pendant l’hiver.

Nice people, but we had to stay on housekeeping. They don’t clean every day. Pool was freezing cold.

Hi Connie, thank you for the review. The Courtyard standard is in room housekeeping service is provided every other day if you are staying 3 nights or more. Also our outdoor pool is not heated but because of the high temps we have had recently the pool temperature has gotten much warmer.

Hotel is in a great location for the beach. However, the AC unit is extremely loud making it super difficult to sleep. The smoke detector has a flashing light on it also making it super difficult to sleep because it is super bright. Bed is not comfortable and the pillows are extremely flat.

There was a track and field group on our floor that were blasting music at 8am on our floor for the two days we were there Very rude and awful We should of been moved to another floor but were not accommodated
