We are incredibly disappointed with this hotel. My husband and I arrived with our two kids to be told they no longer had any 2 queen bed rooms. Surely, they offered the presidential suite which sounds great however it only has one bed and no pull out couch. I asked for a roll away cot - not available. Got into the room to find the most disgusting bathroom. Housekeeping had to come after 10pm to clean (not ideal with 2 kids who we are trying to now figure out make shift sleeping arrangement for). No phone in the room to call for extra blankets and pillows so we had to go down to the desk 4 different times. Had to make an another trip to the desk for the WiFi password since we did not receive that at check in. We woke up to rain on what was supposed to be our beach day which was another disappointment but know we can’t control that but then the next thing we discover is no coffee cups in the room. Overall our experience was less than satisfactory and I would not recommend this hotel.

Had to move rooms 3x. First time we were given a room that was already occupied and was given a key that allowed us entry. The second room had a non working tv, phone AND toilet. Finally we were moved into a room where everything was ok and was given a breakfast voucher for our troubles. We thought the breakfast voucher included everything on the menu, as we were told to order 1 entree and 1 drink, which we did, except our drinks were considered specialty drinks and we were NOT told that those were not included so we ended up paying for those, which were $12 each. If we woupd have known that in advance, we would have ordered regular sodas tea or coffee. I probably wont stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to friends or family.

The room was very clean and comfortable. My only request would be not to stay on the side of the building closest to the highway. There was a bit of noise from the highway overnight. We didn't use the bar or restaurant. The staff was pleasant.

Property was clean, front desk very hospitable, nice pool area, clean hotel. Phone did not work, housekeeper was rude, didn’t refill soap, or properly make up the bed, housekeeper appears offended when we ask to come back in a few minutes. There was a bug in the bed. It was a non smoking room and the couch smelled like old cigarette.

More towels please!

Everything was good. Only big complaint was there was only one bath towel for two people. Wanted to call Downstairs but the phone in room didn’t have a button for any options. It was 1AM and too tired to go back downstairs and deal with that. Also upon arrival our room was wide open with a coat hanger keeping the door open. We thought that was strange. Maybe housekeeping wasn’t done but everything look good (except the towel thing). Also the AC was blowing really cold even after adjusting and we switched to heat and then turned I’d off completely. It’s like the unit thermostat doesn’t work… Staff was really nice and accommodating at check in/out.

Everyone we encountered was super friendly from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping. That goes a long way to making the experience wonderful! Very kind and helpful. We were in town for a family funeral and didn't know the area, and the staff was great with suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.
