The grounds around the hotel were beautiful and very well manicured. THREE BIG BEAUTIFUL POOLS!! The weather wasn't warm enough though for swimming. The one night we spent in the room was very unsatisfying. The room had a mold smell, the shower door appeared to be off track and difficult to move so we just left it opened, the bathroom was very tiny but worst of all, my queen bed had sand on the sheets when I got in and a black smudge of some sorts. That was so gross! They had not changed the sheets which made me wonder what else may not have been changed and cleaned. I called the front desk and they apologized and offered to move us be all I wanted at that point was all the bed linens changed. Two young men came and cleaned the bed, were very apologetic and friendly.

Excellent hotel!

I was extremely pleased and a bit surprised at how wonderful this hotel was. Our room was big and comfortable and clean. The pools were fantastic and all the staff was so friendly and kind. We were therefore about a week and we had one minor issue with our door lock and they addressed that immediately.

The hotel was adequate, a renovation is coming fall of 2025, which is needed. I got an oceanfront room, the windows were very hard to see out of, hazy white so you couldn't see the ocean without opening the doors. The indoor pool was not "heated" it wasn't as cold as outdoors but definitely too cold for your body unless you love cold water. The hot tub, which is what I wanted to use, was closed both days. We called ahead and nobody mentioned the hot tub was not operating, so that was frustrating. The outdoor pools were beautiful and very cold in early October, they were also empty. So it was great for tanning and enjoying the sun. Check-in was okay. They didnt tell me where anything was except the elevator. Parking was great, $10 day and across the street, convenient. They had a movie room, a kids area, a gym and a couple of restaurants. We had the fish and chips and the square whale and it wad good, nothing extraordinary but everything was okay.

The place is outdated and needs to start making some changes . Beds are ok it’s just the carpet looks dirty and needs a new dated look. It was dusty as hell in my room. Wasn’t clean . The heater popped and stopped working and smelled like fire .

Viktor and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We accidentally left souvenirs at the hotel and they were very gracious in shipping our items back to us as soon as they were able. Very much appreciate the staff here. The hotel was as expected, the pools were nice and the location was lovely for a virginia beach stay away from any real noise.

Was placed in a room with black mold. Had yo move out yo the first floor from 5th. It had a broken hot tub not hot and that's all i wanted was hot tub. So my lungs and body acked beds were so bad too. Vomited up hotel bar food i dont drink but food wrap was rotten made me ill and vommiting. Watch out eith thos one.

Beach view was awesome! Disappointed that during my stay the indoor pool was closed; the hot tub was closed; the restaurant was closed; the playroom was closed. At a minimum I would have expected since beginning of October outdoor pools closed that inside would be open. I’d still stay again but was surprised.

There was no daily service of my room. And when asked for additional pillows and top sheet for the sofa bed, they were never brought up. There was no blanket for the sofa bed. Other than that it was great.
