Moldy rooms, violently moldy heating units. Insanely loud fan in the bathroom that will not turn off. No hot water at all. Filthy rooms, could be worse... water barely works and everything in the bathroom is jiggling around.

Clean, Comfortable, No Pet fees, but NOISY

The girl who checked us in was less than inviting. Seemed like I was disrupting her from talking to other people that were in the lobby. But on the bright side, they did not charge a deposit or fees for having two small chihuahuas. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. First night there was no issue, but the second night the people next door kept us up all night with banging, screaming, and kids horse playing past midnight. Had to call the office twice because it felt like they kept banging and I was feeling it in my bed. Second time I called I think it was the manager who came up and told them to quiet down so I was thankful that he did that. They either quieted down or I passed from exhaustion. You can definitely tell multiple guests actually live there, not sure if that’s who was keeping us awake but they were in room 230. Despite the rowdy neighbors, I’d still stay here again because of the no fees for dogs.

Room smelled heavily of mildew and the air was humid and stale. Huge amount of water damage to the ceiling in the corner. I couldn't stay in it. Staff used racial slurs while talking on the phone in front of customers and the smell of cigarettes was strong in the lobby. The surrounding area was chaotic and loud, with other guests yelling at each other and children walking around unattended.

My first stay here it just felt off. I don’t travel much for work and haven’t had much experience staying somewhere while not vacationing. It didn’t feel clean and friendly. I actually left earlier than planned due to this. After checking out a few other places, this location was better than others in the area if you don’t want to go to ocean front area. Selecting a deluxe room non smoking felt cleaner than the standard rooms. Overall not my kind of place but it worked and wasn’t as bad as other places in the area.

You get what you pay for..

We needed a place to stay with our 3 doodles. Room was good enough for us. We decided to leave after a night due to smell, ppl sitting outside on steps, & phone & smoke detector in room were not hooked up or working. However, lady at the front desk was amazing. We had paid for 3 nights and were never refunded our money back.
