The room was the same as pictured. I especially enjoyed the ocean view on the balcony. However there aren’t many channels on the tv and no guide to tell you what the tv shows are. The tub needs to be worked on as well. Overall, I did enjoy my stay.

It is true that the building itself seem old, however, the room is clean (i have not seen a single cockroach or ant). The bathroom have the disability features for a walk in shower and a large over the commode seat if needed. The shower though needed some plumbing, it had been dripping even the faucet is off. Also the sink had some leaks below it. Nevertheless, the room is clean, smells decent. They also have a nice water dispenser, coffee maker with different choices. And friendly staff when we were there. With the rate we booked it on that weekend, it was affordable and practical to be an oceanfront old hotel.

The young man who checked me in was excellent. The room was the issue. The sink was clogged when we got there at 7:00, only half of the lock was there for the security lock, there was only one washcloth in the room and it was booked for 2 people I'm also sure there was suppose to be a chair in that room.

The hotel is outdated at best, the pictures online are not current. There were significant reliability issues with the "high speed internet." There were some security concerns with the stairwell doors that did not stay latched/locked to prevent entry from outside. Only 1 elevator was working and was very slow. All staff were helpful, courteous and professional.

5/5 — Excellent stay. The room was very clean from top to bottom, and everything felt well cared for. The bathroom was spotless, all of the soaps were full, and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper provided, which made the stay very comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable, and I slept great. One of the best parts was the balcony view from the sixth floor — it was a really nice bonus and made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. The free coffee machine was also delicious, and the convenience store attached to the building was very nice for picking up last-minute essentials. The only minor issues were a slow clog in the bathroom drain and the juice machines being empty throughout my stay. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again.
