Sandbridge Beach - Gorgeous Seaside Condo

Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo with Ocean Views and a Pool!
Enjoy the top floor, no adjoining walls, open floor plan with beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout. Deep Seaside Retreat has an ocean inspired decor, beach is just one block over with a public access located straight across the street.

This is a non-smoking property and we will consider small pets on a case by case basis ($25/night or $150/week non-refundable pet fee).

This home is not suitable for groups of young adults.
The space
This is about as all inclusive as you can get.
- Bed and bath linens provided
- Fully equipped kitchen (if you have a special need, inquire and we will do what we can)
- 100 Mbps wifi and smart TV
- Washer & Dryer in the condo (there may be some detergent, but not guaranteed)
- Parking for 2 vehicles
- Beach utility cart with sand wheels, cooler and 4 beach chairs provided in a lockable "cabana" by the pool. Outside shower located there as well.
Guest access
You will have complete run of the condo, with only a couple of locked "owner closets".
We will try to meet incoming guests for a walk-thru.
If the hour is late we will not be available and you will need to grab a building key from the cabana by the pool. The cabana will be secured with a keypad using a unique 4-digit code you provide. You will always need a key to access the glass doors of the main building.
The 4-digit code will be the same way to lock/unlock the condo. One-key = easier!
Other things to note
Sandbridge is slightly isolated (that's a good thing ;o), with limited grocery/shopping options once you arrive. It is highly recommended to get your shopping done before you roll into the Bridge. There are plenty of stores just before you get to Sandbridge Road.
