The living room is elegantly furnished with a plush sectional sofa, perfect for lounging after a long day at the beach. Double sliding glass doors allow direct access to the patio. Just below is the pool/bbq area and a place to take in the salty breeze.

The condo has an open-concept living area, seamlessly flowing into the dining area and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining table seats six, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a game night.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a tub/shower, complete with fresh towels. One single twin memory foam Roll-away bed and a Queen size memory foam floor mattress in the closet.

The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk, a single twin memory foam rollaway bed and and is decorated with neutral beach tones for an enjoyable and relaxing night sleep. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall and has a shower/tub combination.

This home has high speed WiFi, in unit washer dryer, central heat and air and plenty of linens. All TV`s are smart TV`s.

The Sanctuary condo building offers amenities that will make your vacation even more enjoyable. This is a wonderful condo and wonderful location. It over looks the pool and is close short walk to the beach.

The sofa bed in main room had cereal crumbs spilled between cushion and bed frame. So we did not use that bed. Linens were also missing for sofa bed.It would have been nice to have more opaque drapes in the main room instead of just sheers.Otherwise everything was clean, well decorated, and comfortable.

Friendly suggestionsClean the patio, remove some of the worn rugs, wipe down back wall with all the cob webs/dead bugs, remove very badly torn screen, bed sheets in master never stayed on mattress kept coming off, remove torn coach pillows, the front door cover the old key pad.We will come back for sure. Love the location and your very thoughtful and detailed communication during the entire process.

Girls Trip

Four of us girls decided to take a trip. This location was good but I thought we were getting room with ocean view. I probable would not have paid that much money if I had know it was not ocean view. However the view we had was over the pool area and it was attractive. The only complaint was the ice maker in our room did not work. Nice trip just didn't last long enough!

We had a great stay. Unit was spacious, well appointed and decorated. Our family of 4 were very comfortable. Access to the beach a breeze. Nice location away from the touristy boardwalk.
