Beautiful home in Visnjan

Villa Lily is a beautiful, almost 150 years old Istrian house (semi-detached) built in 1865 in the traditional way using rough stone and traditional building materials.

The house was completely renovated in 2009 and the original appearance of the house was carefully preserved. Situated on the edge of the picturesque town of Visnjan the house has a beautiful panoramic sea view, an enclosed garden of 700 sqm with a beautifully maintained garden which features a children’s playground, an outdoor swimming pool (25 sqm), parking for two vehicles and a large covered terrace with dining facilities and barbecue.



The villa has a total area of 140 sqm situated over three floors. In the living room on the ground floor there is a sofa bed which sleeps one, and a table football for some friendly competitions. There is also access to a large covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco dining. On the first and second floor (attic) the bedrooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable night's sleep, with two having both a double bed and a single bed, while one bedroom has two single beds. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
